The focus of the paper is to take into consideration the organization “Globlex”. The organization can be stated to be one of the most standing clients of the “Virtucon”. The organization has a direct contact with the Virtucon. The main aim of the contract is to develop an online farm stud management system for the concept if delivering solution according to time, which is estimated, and according to the need of the client in an inexpensive manner. The implementation of the system is done so as the manual system, which was used, can be replaced. The concept is beneficial in a way that it removes the challenges, which is related to the manual system. There are many more advantage, which can be related to the aspect such as utilization of resources which helps in minimizing the wastage of the resources which would directly affect the sector of cost effectiveness.
The main aim of the project is to develop a n online stud farm management system which would be very much useful in the concept of replacing the current manual system which is utilized by the Globlex for the aspect of handling breeders. The new system, which is proposed, would be helping the different breeders to book the different online service with the help of the internet as well as with the help of the mobile phone. One of the most advantage feature, which can be related to the new system, is that the breeders can make the payment online, which can be very much beneficial for them. On the other hand, it can be stated that there are number of features, which can be achieved from the concept such as superior interface for the entry of the horse breeding process, which can be advantageous form the point of view of the breeders.

Negative: Lots of communication problem occur in the initial stages of the project. This mainly occurred due to the lack of experience in the scheduling of the project. Sometimes it can be stated that miscommunication can lead to problem, which is related to the internal working of the project, which can directly hamper the overall working and can lead to project failure.

Positive: The entire project is completed within the deadline. One of the other factor, which play a role in this context, is the completion within the budget, which is predefined in a project. It can be stated here that the concept of time and budget are two of the most important sectors, which decides whether a project is successful, or not.
The value, which should be involved into the team, are stated below:
- The team should have appropriate skills so that they can manage the overall sector of the time, which is related to any of the assigned project.
- The team members should have the ability to resolve problems. In most of the cases, it is seen that the project member’s active participation can help the project to reach to the desired level of success.
- A team member should be able to do many tasks at one time. This mainly include the aspect of multitasking. A good member of the team can be indicated by the task he or she can accommodate at a particular time sequence.

- The interest of the stakeholders should be always taken into consideration. This is due to the factor that the project stakeholders play a vital role in the working of the project towards success.
- The relation between the project managers and the project team member should be good always. This concept helps in the functionality of the project so that the members can easily get advice and put forwards their option into the working of the project.
- There should not be any pressure from the employee to work after the normal shift hour. Alternatively, it can be stated that if the employee has to work after their shift time they would be given extra pay to do the job.

There can be different types of rule, which can be applied within the working of the project. It can be stated that rules can be considered as a set of guideline, which helps the project to be successful. The rules, which can be applied to the scenario, are stated below:
- The team members should have a clear idea of the role that is assigned to him. In most of the cases, it can be seen that the team member always takes the initiative in the overall working of the project.
- Proper means of communication should be achieved between the different levels of employee to attain the desired standard of working which would be directly helpful for the working of the project. The project manager plays a vital role in a context he is the overall in charge of the project.
- If any of the team members could not attend the meeting, they should inform the concerned authority at least 6 hour before the actual meeting is scheduled.
- The team member should come up with the problem, which they are facing in their concern sector. This would be helpful in a way that directly reduces the overall problem and the remediation strategy can be implemented quite easily.

According to me, there are different project management strategy, which can be included into concept of driving a project to the factor of success. In order to manage the project there are number of leadership quality, which should be, involved for example integrity, communication, problem solver and many more aspect that should be involved in a project manager to finish the project on time. According to me, the relation between the project manager and the project member play a vital role in the final accomplishment of the goals of the project. In most of the time the two main factor, which depict the success of the project, are the factor of cost and time.
The ability that an IT profession need are as following:
Administrative ability: They should be able to elaborate the assets that are needed for the aspect of building the entire project.
Specialized skill: They must have a proper knowledge and ability in various type of language related to programming so that the system implementation can be done very easily.
There are different types of strategy which could be implemented within the framework of the project management. The implementation of the strategy directly depends on the need of the organization and the type of project it is being implemented upon. I am personally indulged into various type of activity of project management to get a clear idea of the normal working of the project. In most of the cases it is seen that the role of the project manager is one of the most vital aspects which could be related to the internal and external working of the organization. The project manager controls the overall activity of the project and he has a team would work actively in moving the project towards the factor of success. According to me there are two basic points which helps a project to be successful which are cost and time. They are very much interrelated with each other in many ways.
