In communication plan, essential thinks is to any project management. In this communication process including the project topic, project delivery date, delivery mechanism and it also handles the sensitive issues, communicator and finally the expected result also.
In this field is very important to construct the management. This field is addresses to the application process and enforcement of the government safety and health regulation before constructing process. The one the safety act is the occupational safety and health act (OSHA) is addresses to many safety issues to associates with the construction process. The major two safety hazards are falls from height on a working site and construction vehicles, but it also the more problems are done to reduce.
Some of the main hazards to health, the solvents, manual handling activities and noise problems to create the health hazards to the employers. Before starting the constructional work to must properly collect the samples of the dust, vapours, gases and other toxic materials to ensure the personal safety and test results. To reduce this type of hazards the professions in this field to routinely check the safety measurements. These are including by:
- The home inspector and the safety director.
- Mainly the construction inspector should there the site of the construction building.
- Building inspectors and environmental health and safety manager
- Regulatory compliance manager.
The demolition process include the health and safety plans, during the demolition process the cable lines are placed so to ensure that the cable line will not be cut or any damage. Must use the goggles and cutting shields shall be used to protect the eye, and to prevent the flash burns from the welding machine. When the cutting process will be stated must protect the non-combustible proofs. During the cutting process the proper ventilation will be provided for the heating process performed (Du & Li, 2011).
Purchasing, Financial and Project Plan
The stakeholder management is anybody can affect or affected by the organisation or project. The people who are external or internal and senior or junior levels, it power to respond and change the strategic future of the company.
Stake holder lists are followed include by:
- Wood machinist
- Labourer
- Ceiling fixer
- Roofer
- Plant mechanic
- Plant operator
- General construction
- Shop fitter
- Bricklayers
The stakeholders are two different types. These are internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. The internal stake holders who are affect or affected by within the organisations is known as internal stakeholders. In this internal stakeholders include the management, marketing, designers, sales, assembly, experts, purchasing, manufacturing, and designers (Ganapathi & Nandi, n.d.).
The external stakeholders are determining who are affected by the individual or outside a business or project. It includes the vendors, consultants, celebrities, citizen’s action groups, government regulators, trade unions and associations.
In this quality management specifies the 8 essentials to control the quality plan management. The 8 essentials are followed by
- Project personnel

The procurement logistics are to ensure the economic supplies of the company.it will not self-produced raw materials. In this logistics also supplies the good and buying parts. In particularly the large companies and medium sized are easy to reached a high level complexity. In this logistics are occurs due to the diverse and heterogeneous tasks and targets, it includes in the department of purchasing and materials (Heerkens, 2015).
A procurement and logistics plan are also include the numerous to optimised the materials management and production. It increases the cost pressure, customer’s demand. In also addition the logistics needs to design, it can be flexibly adapted to changing the environmental conditions.
Construction and Engineering Plan
Basically risk is a condition that occurs in positive or negative effects on the projects. In this risk management include a strategy. In this strategies are avoid the risk, control the risk, to accept risk and transfer the risk. The SARA is abbreviated as Share, Avoid, Reduce, and Accept. In this risk management system to track the documenting reports (Pellicer, 2014).
The risk management has two types of risk tools. These are the capital asset pricing model and another one is probabilistic risk assessment. The capital asset pricing model is used for economic statistics or market to determine the required asset of risk. The probabilistic risk assessment application is used to generating and identifying the metrics.
In this risk management system having lot of risks to demolition the building. In this section the risk management system includes the various types of the problems. During risk process, it has the two risk assessment such as qualitative risk assessment and quantitative risk assessment. In this risk processes include the various hazards. These are individual risk of injury, individual risk of fatality and biophysical risk.
In this section of contract management plan to identifies the guidelines for the successful management. It also identifies the critical process of the contract management. In this contract management process explain, how the team members to resolve the contract management issues. It used to keeping the relationship between the team members in long way, to effectively resolve the problem of contract management. Contract communication protocol address explained how the formal informal and outside communication are includes in this process (Cicala & Cicala, 2013).
The formal communication with the contractor used to tracking the system and also it correspondence to control the systems. The informal communication address can arises from the members of the CMT and IPT. In this type of communication is non-binding communication process. The outside communication protocol include the state and central government responsibilities and work scope it is one of the critical communication compare to other communication process. In this section the construct management plan also including the demolition process. The contractor of the building must prepare the approval of the site, and also explain the project report.
The construction environmental management planning is the purpose of to outline the construction project to minimise on the environment and the surrounding areas. In this environmental policy requirements conditions are followed by the section 106 agreement.
