Project Description
The project intends for developing a sidewalk for the Quota Park and its tender submission would be closed by 14th February, 2017. The project would consist of making some procurements and documents that would be helpful for the making of an appropriate plan of construction. The documents include formation of an effective plan, developing budget and constructing the sidewalk for the project operations.
The project had been developed and made for the development of the footpaths in the organization. The inclusion of improved by the development of project management tools for the development of the construction project. The plan had been developed for the improvement of the construction project in the organization. The various documents made would help in assisting the operations of the construction process.
The project had the following objectives,
- To develop a plan for the construction of the pathways in the organization
- To construct the pathways for the organization
- To form the documentation of the project operations for the stakeholders communication plan
The highway level requirements for the project include the development of the plan, inclusion of the best operations for the construction, and development of appropriate project management tools. The construction project requires a number of raw materials and tools for the development of project operations. The use of appropriate tools and concepts would provide the ease of project operations. The human requirements in the project include the use of project skills and knowledge for the operations.
The primary assumptions of the project include,
- Availability of the resources: The project resources are available for ensuring the ease of operations at the organization
- Ease of communication: Communication plan had been followed and managed by the people included in the project for conveying their concern and issues
The constraints of the project are,
- Time and budget: Time is a major factor that plays role in forming development of the project operations.
- Quality: The quality of the project operations would be another constraint factor of importance for the operations of the project.
The high level risks in the project are technical issues in operations, over budgeting of the project and delay in operations due to construction problems.
Technical issues in operations: The technical issues in the project operations such as flaws in designing and problems in the documentation.
Over Budget of the project: The project operations could be over budgeted due to the issues in any operations that would tend to exhaust additional resources.
Delay in operations: The construction issues can be caused due to any internal or external issues in the construction operations that would result in delaying the project operations.

The construction project requires following the agile model as it helps in developing smarter and more effective methods of operations for the project. The Agile model invokes the development and carrying out of the project operations with the help of step by step iterative operations. The iterative operations would be deployed by the formation of the effective checking methods for the operations of the project construction. The benefits of the Agile Model are,
- Step by step method for breaking the larger operations into small activities
- Iterative actions make it easy for dealing with any issue faced
- Scope of modification is very high for this model
