Project Description
The project management plan is developed for the project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health and the alignment of the successive integration of the operations. The project plan would be developed for forming the utilization of the information technology and development of effective implication of the operations. The deployment of the activities had also favoured the intrusion of the successive alignment of the operations favouring the alignment of the improved operation development. The project management plan would be developed for easing the implication of the improved operation development. The development of project management plan is helpful for forming the list of the activities favouring the operation development.
The project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health is developed for replacing the existing network structure with improved and better wireless network connection. The project is a network project and it would align with the deployment of the facilities favouring the utilization of the effective development of the operations. The project scope is the elements of the project that are being considered for the completion of the project. The implication of the activities would be aligned for the development of the activities favouring the successful integration of operations. The project includes deployment of the wireless network connection, project plan development, use of effective documentation process, and alignment of the effective system integration development.
The project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health is being deployed for implementing the new wireless LAN network for GV health. The timeline is being considered for forming the deployment of the effective plan activities. The timeline of the project would be developed for listing the activities in a specified time schedule,
The project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health is developed for developing the final deliverable of changing the network connection in the organization with wireless LAN connection. The assumptions of the project were based on the implementation of the improved operation development. The assumptions of the project include,
- Use of network engineering process for the development of the WLAN network connection at GV Health
- Required resources of the project would be assembled easily in the project so that project can be completed in the required time
- Project would be completed in the estimated time duration with the help of IT project management
- Cost budget estimation in project can be done cohesively for aligning the deployment of the effective program development
- Activity development in projects can be achieved for aligning the utilization of the operations and successive deployment of the operations
The project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health is developed for developing the final deliverable of changing the network connection in the organization with wireless LAN connection. The project is limited to the network replacement at GV Health, considering the IT and network management operations, and skills of the workers involved in the project. The project deployment would be aligned with the consideration of the effective utilization of the technology. However, the lack of prior knowledge would act as the major setback for the project. The implication of the activities would be limited by the infrastructure development.
Project Scope and Assumptions
The project of Wireless LAN replacement at GV Health is developed for developing the final deliverable of changing the network connection in the organization with wireless LAN connection. The project schedule had been developed using the waterfall methodology and it includes the division of project in 5 phases of Initiation, Planning, Designing, Executing, and Closing. The Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a significant role in the development and management of the communication for the project. The alignment of the operations was the major factor that had resulted in forming the utilization of the activities favouring the implication of the project of development of the wireless LAN connection at GV Health. The HRM plan involves the deployment of the effective management activities for the human resources of the project like analyst, documenter, planner, network designer, network engineer, IT engineer, and project manager. The HRM would involve staffing, development of work policies, pay administration, and retention of the employees. All these factors would result in listing the humans that are required for the completion of the project. The implication of the HRM has formed the development of the successful alignment of the operations.
Staffing |
The staffing is one of the major procedural requirements of the organization. The alignment of the staff development would also be one of the major responsibilities that are being carried out by the HRM department. The recruitment and the selection of the candidates that would be required in the organization can carry on the alignment of the activities favouring the deployment of the operations for aligning the utilization of the activities. |
Development of Work Policies |
The work policies are also managed and developed by the HRM system. The effective alignment of the work policies had been helpful for listing the utilization of the activities favouring the implication of the operations for forming the casting of the operations. The alignment of the activities had also helped in forming the supportive deployment of the operations. |
Pay Administration |
The employees have been facing issues from the lack of proper payments and extra benefits and compensation from the organization. It had resulted in forming the major problems for the alignment of the human management. The HRM works for the management of the pay scale and ensure that the employees get their salaries on time. Moreover, the deployment of the HRM had also helped in introducing the applying the compensation and benefits for the employees It had resulted in keeping the employees and staffs happy from the organization. |
Retention of Employees |
The resignation of employees are the major factor that had resulted in forming the issue of the forming the effective implication of the operations. However, most of the organizations have been facing issues in retention of the employees. The lack of the retention in activities has resulted in forming most of the employee leaving the organization. The employee retention had been successful for the formation of the operations and alignment of the activities favouring the utilization of the HRM. |
