Project Review
The project is developed in relation with providing a better as well as effective set of support to David Wright who is willing to establish a Social Media. The website will contain the information list of the major research projects, list of the supervisors, masters and PHD student projects and publications and various other aspects which will help the people in gaining appropriate set of support in developing the research and making the researches more simple as well as effective (Sato, & Hirao, 2013). With the help of such aspects David will be able to ensure that his unit could become more effective and more and more people could get attracted towards the unit and help it to sustain in the market. Hence, to ensure that the project Social Media Research Could be developed in a proper manner there are certain set of outlines and various other aspects which are to be focused upon so as to complete the same within the deadlines (Yung, & Tang Lin, 2015) . The report is developed in relation with providing appropriate set of support to the project of Social Media Research centre. Work breakdown structure will be provided in the project which will be followed by the Gantt chart. These aspects will help in providing the direction to the project. A risk register will also be prepared in which information related with all set of risks will be registered which could affect the project (Miller, 2009). Quality management plan will help in maintaining the quality of the project and lastly the closure list will help in evaluating whether all the tasks of the projects are being completed in a proper manner or not. As a project manager it is required that assurance should be made that all set of guidelines availed from Bruce should be fulfilled and the project should get completed within the deadline that is 8 months and within the budget decided which is AUD 50000 (Melton, & Iles-Smith, 2009).

(Sato, & Hirao, 2013)
Constraints:
Getting exact quotes from the project management companies is a tough task
Quotes of the project depend upon the quality of the project and the activities which are to be performed and the time that will be consumed in completion of the project.
Assumptions:
Assumption is made that the sponsor of the project as well as company which is managing the project has signed a project in relation with the fix labor cost (Melton, & Iles-Smith, 2009).
Impact of the inflation will not have any impact on the cost of the project
Assumption is made that indirect cost that is being charged will be the 50% of the total of the cost of the direct labor
Known Knows:
Each and every team members as well as labor were on direct cost.
Fringe of 20% was provided to all the team members indulged in the project
Project per day cost assistant was not required (Marvaldi, & Pani, 2016).
Known Unknowns:
The treatment which was done with the indirect cost was the known unknown fact.
Risk type |
Effect of risk |
Action to be taken |
Possibility of Occurrence |
Operational risk as it is being analyzed in the case the all the operations of such type of projects were ceased. |
This will affect all aspects of the project and will have a huge impact on its processes |
It is required that market survey should be done and more information related with the cease of the operation should be gathered (Lai, 2014) |
Likely |
Short deadlines are causing work pressure on the executives of the unit |
It may lead to increase the turnover ratio as people will prefer to leave the organization in such situation. |
Hiring people will help in reducing the workload on executives which will help in functioning the work in a proper way |
Likely |
Unit of the David do not have clear identity |
This will affect the new project as people not be able to recognize it and will not prefer to choose the same (Kerans, 2014) |
It is required that marketing should be done so that more people could get attracted towards the unit |
Less Likely |
Expenses made on the project |
It is a positive risk as investing such a huge amount could lead to affect the organization but success of the project will help in sustainability |
Proper track record on the expenses should be done and progress of the project should be checked on regular basis (Hunter, Myles, Worthington, & Lebrun, 2011) |
