The quality planning tools should be used for providing good quality web portal which is capable of satisfying the customer and staff member requirement to its fullest without any discrimination. The happy customers and satisfied employees are the two pillars for achieving sustainability of the project (Piccini, Hanelt, Gregory, and Kolbe, 2014). The development of the new online investment portfolio project focuses on including module for financial services, module for wealth creation program, module for 24 hours customer service support, online rating system for the customers, guiding program for the customer for purchasing the financial services, inclusion of social networking page for e-marketing of the financial services provided by the organization in the benefit of the customers, and others. The quality of the project can be measured with the inclusion of Hadoop file system for managing big data of the growing strength of customers towards the organization. The efficiency of the project can be enhanced by focusing on the customer requirement and market research for the proposed project. It helps in enhancing satisfaction level of the customers and the staff members. The management of the financial services and wealth creation plan for the enterprise. The quality attributes should be given privilege for measuring the efficiency of the project:
- Completeness: The requirement placed by the customers in the requirement specification plan should be completely included in the project such as automatic upgrading of the financial services and wealth creation plan, marketing schemes of the financial services, online feedback support for the customers, instant response to the request placed by the customers by the online operators (Sacaluja , Ferrin, and Frojan, 2012).
- Correctness: The accurate information about the financial services should be provided to the customers for motivating them to purchase new policies of the organization which in turn increases the profitability of the enterprise.
- Consistency: The quality of the project can be measured by analysing the consistency of the security procedure in preserving the confidentiality and integrity of the proposed project (Mansfield Community, 2013).
The cornerstone securities solution is focusing on the development of the project which is capable of storing the increasing data of the customers in the dynamic database which is managed with the help of Hadoop file structure for managing the big data of the organization by making use of map reduce technique of the enterprise (Monnappa, 2017). The following table shows the quality management plan for the new online investment portfolio system with the inclusion of online customer service module. The development of the online investment portfolio system helps in providing efficiency of automatic upgrading of the financial services provided to the customers and customer service module helps in providing instant response to the request generated by the customers (Lindh, 2012). The level of satisfied customers and staff members with the newly designed application helps in measuring the quality and the effectiveness of the proposed project. The consumers should be provided with the automatic upgrading of the financial services for guiding them and motivate them to purchase the policies which directly helps in increasing the return on investment calculated for the proposed project. The sustainability of the project increases with the quality of services provided to the customers.

The following diagram shows the quality control structure which should be followed for measuring the performance of the proposed project:
The failure and the success of the project depends on the identification of the risks areas which are accompanied with the proposed project of new online investment portfolio system with the inclusion of customer service support system (Hoang, Igel , Laosirihongthong, 2010). The critical analysis of the proposed activities helps in analysing the critical factors and processes which can delay the completion of the project. The project can be completed within the time frame by setting priorities to the critical success factors of the project. The security is the major concern for the development of the online system because the hackers can hacked the information of the user if they found gaps and leakages in the security procedures and protection mechanism used for preserving the organization assets and databases. The technological advancement in the area of trends and technology give rise to the technical risks which can be associated with the inclusion of new technology such as in the proposed project we have designed a customer service module for managing instant communication between request response models (Wautelet, 2017). The operational risk which is associated with the project is the working capabilities of the employees in handling e-business of the enterprise. The following table shows different risks and their mitigation plan associated with the development of online investment portal and customer service module with the inclusion of Hadoop file system for the big data of the enterprise.

Ethical Risks |
Unethical behaviour of the employees |
Ethical code of conduct should be followed by the employees at work place The team members feelings for their culture and tradition should not be harmed |
Legislation risks |
Legislation obligation with the project working |
Good communication platform with government agencies Approving project before execution from the governmental authorities. It helps in omitting legal obligations in the final output of the project |
Communication risks |
No proper communication with the customers No proper communication between customers and the business service operator |
The development of the online Feedback and rating system helps in posting the negative and the positive comment by the global customers which helps in analysing the area of improvement and area of perfection in the development of online investment portal (United states copyright office, 2015) Development of the online customer service module helps in providing effective request response communication between customers and service operators. The customers should be provided with instant response with the request placed by them on the portal. |
Financial risks |
Limited budget for completing the proposed project due to the Differences in the market prices of the resources and the estimate cost of the hardware and software in the cost estimation plan for the approval of the budget |
The preliminary market research should be conducted for analysing the actual or market price of the resources and drawn the cost estimation plan according to the market analysis conducted on the resources (UNECE, 2015) |
Management risk |
Laying down of the business processes for managing the development of the proposed project on online investment with the customer service module Wrong scheduling of the project in the division of completion days for the project Unclear determining of the critical activities |
Alignment of the management activities with the operational plan of the project Determining the critical success factor of the project Setting priorities to the critical success factors of the project |
Timeframe risk |
Delay in the project |
Alignment of the operational activities with the appropriate time frame which can be estimated by the historical reviews and the trend analysis of the cornerstone securities Determining the critical success factor of the project Setting priorities to the critical success factors of the project |
The project monitoring and control parameters are applied on the 9 division of the project completion which are classified as scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, human resource management, procurement management, and risk management plan. The following table gives the details of project monitoring and control procedures.
