II.Training and support:
Every team member must familiar with their roles and responsibility. They should have proper knowledge of the particular area to be able complete individual goals and ensure project competition (Leach 2014). The team members must be trained to manage the time and other resources to complete the project according to the plan. They needs constant support from the higher-ups in terms of wages and special allowance. They must be familiarized with the real time project processing rate.
Knowledge Evidence
III.Team Values and Standard Behavior
Effective team work is essential in order to complete the project under allocated resources. For effective team management severs factors needs to be measured and defines such as team value and behavior standard. Every individual must treated accurately and needs to be co-operate with each other. Some standards for behavior controls is also applicable such as
- proper communication,
- actively seek and receive feedback for improvement
- and Support and promote intra- and inter-departmental teamwork.
- Consistently share knowledge and information.
Task 4: Manage project execution activities
- The activities of the project team work on the individual phases of SDLC are planning, system requirement and analysis, design of the system, development of the system, system testing and integration, implementation of the work, maintenance and operation phase.
- The methods used to monitor and control the quality of the deliverables of the project are:
- To provide regular status of the reports as they would be outlined in the plan of communications
- To track and manage the risks and the various issues related to the project.
- To conduct the change of the management of the project.
- To perform the quality management.
III. The methods, which should be taken in order to control the risks and issues within the SDLC are Acceptance, Avoidance, Control, Transfer, and Continuous Monitoring.
- Alpha Testing or Beta Testing could be applied on the project in order to perform system testing.
- Task 5: Coordinate project Closure
- It support plans:
During the life-cycle of the project, project manager may need different type of documentation to facilitate tracking, planning and reporting of the project. 4Phone organization should widely focus on this facilities to control the lack of visibility, weak security, loss of data and limited collaboration (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). There are certain ways to support the project throughout the lifecycle as shown below.
- Work Flows
- Vision Control
- Collaboration

I. Post-Project Review:
Even though the project plan was completed and met all the standards that does not mean the project is successful (Harrison and Lock 2017). Simply completing the project does not ensure that the organization benefits from the project’s outcome. The objective was not to deliver the process but rather to deliver the process that addresses specific business and check for further improvement.
There are several factors needs to consider for review the post-project. Post-project review was conducted by certain methods and practices as discussed below.
Common Processes Used: |
· External Team · Validation by IT manager · Meting |
Experience: |
The experience of the whole project was pretty much good. The planning for evaluation of e-commerce website was effective though some critical problems were faced such as lack of incentive, clear guidelines and involvement. |
The proposed tools and techniques for review the project |
The scope: the scope of the review must be reviewed beforehand to ensure the importance of the project (Fleming and Koppelman 2017). · Key Documents: it is essential to gather key project documents to assess the project planning process. · Future Shaping · Recollections |
Disaster plan: every plan requires to review once a year. This project also needs to review each time environment of the market changes. Disaster recovery plan is essential in order to review and update the project with two factors (Boud, Cohen and Sampson 2014).
- Environmental factors and the disaster recovery Plan: Environmental factors often alters within the organization (Burke 2013). Most common environmental changes they can face are evolvement of new facility and hardware and software updates.
- External factors and disaster recovery plan: the project can effected by many external factors such as third party access and data loss.
- Computer room environment: computer rooms needs to be secure with climate control and alternate power supply.
- Data and Restoration: the information of clients must be stored in a secure system. The information also needs to be backed-up in case of data loss.
- Hardware and Software: network, server and other periphrases needs to be monitored properly.
