Service Providers
Discuss about the Project Report on Cloud Computing.
As a Beginning, Here is a Cloud Computing definition to give some idea about it:
“The term Cloud Computing refers to a computer methodology which allows users to store their data online so that they can access that data in future whenever needed from anywhere with the help of internet” (Erl, Puttini & Mahmood, 2013 ).
To understand the Concept of Cloud Computing, we require understanding various terms that related very close to it. To define Cloud Computing very few scientific terms are there but we can give some general definitions for this.
Generally, The Cloud Computing service is the one that allows users to store their important data online instead of storing it in their Computer storage.
Cloud Computing incorporates three things: a)Infrastructure Offering(IaaS) b)Platform Support(PaaS) c) Full Application(SaaS) and some technologies which are dependent over the internet for satisfying user’s computing needs. (Nielsen, 2013)
There exist lot of Companies that are able to provide Cloud Computing Services. E.g., Google, Microsoft, Sun etc. This service is being used by the millions of users through internet. Following is the list of some Cloud Computing service providers:

Atlantic.net Cloud is one of the best SSD Cloud Hosting Service available in the market. Atlantic.net Cloud provides complete line of SSD Cloud Hosting which results in providing Flexibility and control to the users. This Cloud has around 20 years of experience. It allows you to power your IT infrastructure dedicated sources instead of managing applications on Legacy servers.
It has 8 virtual CPU’s, a RAM of 16,000MB and Disk space of 200GB.
Bluemix is an Open Cloud Architecture implemented by IBM. Bluemix Cloud Allows users to create manage and deploy Cloud applications. It is based on Cloud Foundry. The feature Cloud Foundry of Bluemix allows the users to enter into surroundings of runtime frameworks and services. Bluemix has also some additional features that provide users a dashboard to create, manage and view their applications and services. Users can also monitor their usage of application’s resource. It also provides additional features of user access, organizations etc.
I prefer Atlantic.net web cloud instead of Bluemix because of the following reasons:
- Because of its greater C.P.U cores than the Bluemix Cloud.
- Because of its greater Ram as Compared to Bluemix Cloud.

Now, as we have studied a lot about these Cloud Computing service providers in the above section. I will prefer to go for Altlantic.net Cloud service provider due to the following reasons:.
- It has more storage space than Bluemix.
- It has more RAM as compared to Bluemix.
- It supports both platforms whether it is windows or it is Linux while Bluemix runs only on windows platform.
Conclusion:
The service of Cloud Computing can be the biggest evolution in the field of Computing. Any new entrant having Cloud facility will earn its fame much fastly and will stand strongly in the competitive world. It improves utilization of resources which results in great profitability also Cloud Computing extends distributed Computing. Instead of having some security concerns, it is still able to be the biggest significant change and the biggest name in the field of computing.(Rhoton, 2009)
