This report aims to focus on the project scheduling and control plan for NBN broadband network Company of Australia. In this context, it can be said that the mentioned company set a goal for them to provide a high performing and reliable broadband network among their users for better accessibility. This particular scenario describes that the mentioned company of Australia would engage themselves to provide their users different types of service level to their subscribers according to their purpose, as they would deliver 25 Mbps (megabytes per second) peak wholesale download data rate for the premises, and 50Mbps peak download data rates to the fixed-line network (nbnco.com.au, 2018).
In the case of this mentioned company, it can be said that the broadband networking company sets the goal for them to provide a high performing and secure internet connectivity to their subscribers to enhance their service. In this context, the mentioned company would like to set some specific goals, through which they can achieve their goals properly (Jackson, 2015). In order to attract new customers towards them, the company needs to set up an innovative IT structure within their company background. This ensures the security of the users within the server. In addition to this, it can be said that the mentioned company of Australia would like to provide their premium service differently to their clients, according to their requirements and change their business process for that (Burke, 2017). This affects the mindset of the customers and this can affects the business process of the organization in a positive manner.
Thus, in a summarized version, it can be said that NBN Company would like to provide a high performing internet security system for their clients with expected internet speed for satisfying them. Along with that, the organization would develop their internet service process in such a way, through which they can conduct their job in the error-free process (Van Der Aalst, 2015). Apart from these, the mentioned company would like to develop a proper marketing team, through which they can handle their marketing policies and practices properly, which affects the business background of the company in future times (Bolander et al.2015). Secondly, the organization would like to identify their goals properly, for which all the proposed changes will be made In this case scenario, the goal of NBN Company is to provide high-speed internet service process to their customers in a budget-friendly and secure manner.
After identifying the goals of the organization, the company would like to concentrate on some necessary conditions, which are required to maintain while doing the changes within the organization. Based on the mentioned case, it can be said that the NBN Company managers would like to measure their internet providing servers, activities of firewalls, and many more to develop their business process or goal.
