1. Project resources that is required for the success for a project from the perspective of Project Testing
Testing of an IT project is necessary as a testing process ensures better quality of the project along with the cost control of the project (Chopra and Kapoor 2016). If regular and periodical testing of a project is not done, it may result to an irregular development of the project as well as detected lags that would result in further hindrance in the project in terms of time and money.
Project resources for the testing purposes are the proper requirements needed for testing a project. The project resources that would be required for the proper testing of a project to make it successful are as described as below:
- Project Tester: It is required that a project gets tested at regular intervals and this has to be done by a person who would report any inconsistencies in the project progression from time to time by proper testing.

Identifying the risks associated with the project is also clarified with testing process; therefore, time is not a constraint during this process.

5. Disadvantages of product delivery without Quality Assurance. Ensuring proper Quality Assurance checking before delivery
Quality Assurance or QA of a product before its delivery is extensively important since it works on several levels of checking the quality of a manufactured product including final necessary cost reductions, improvement of collaboration between the employees and the managers and enhancement of competitive advantages (Robinson 2017). - Failing of maintaining proper quality of product due to reduced manufacturing time
- Failure in maintaining quality
To implement QA process at the last minute before product delivery, the following steps are to be maintained:
- Implementing QA Waterfall: Testing needs to be done at the end of every developmental process, so that the QA process remains agile and cramped within a short time.
- Faster feedback: The process of testing the process for checking quality of product should be done right from the beginning with feedback recorded at every point of the testing phase.
- Minimal emergencies: Waiting till the end to manually reach the project goals would be eliminated. Time would be saved by this process as well QA would be done before the project completion.
