Project Description
The title of the project is “Purchase and Implement Big Data Analytics at Intelligent Information INC” for selecting, purchasing, and implementing big data analytics for Intelligent Information INC organization.
The project is a procurement and implementation project that allows the implication of the effective and smart work alignment management. The management of the project with the IT considerations and the formation of the effective work. The project completion would be implied with the usage of the smart technology for innovating the works and the formation of the improved work alignment. The implication of the effective work management would be developed for integrating the procurement of the Big Data Analytics and the implementing them. The hiring of the external consultant would be required for effectively implying the management of the works for compiling the external and internal data management.
Intelligent Information INC had decided to procure a big data analytics for their organization and the project would comprise of the works for the procurement of a vendor of big data analytics. The listing of the works using the innovative big data management would be aligned with the continuation of the smart work procurement and the implication of the management. The organization needs an integrated system for the management of their internal and external data. The organization would require the integration of the external and internal data sources for aligning the management of the works more effectively.
The project scope statement is developed with the considerations of the effective items that would be required for the achievement and the completion of the project. The project scope would include the alignment of the works and the compilation of the works for integrating the formation of the improved innovation and development. The project scope would integrate the linkage of the work and the formation of the project management tools like WBS, Gantt chart, risk assessment and other tools for the completion of the project. The project scope statement for the project is,
“The following procurement and implementation project would be largely deployed with the consideration for the effective project management principles and tools for the selection of big data analytics for Intelligent Information INC so that the internal and external data can be integrated on a single platform.”
The in scope and the out of the scope are the classification of the scope identified for the project and it signifies implication of the works for the integration of the effective work alignment. The project scope would include the alignment of the works and the compilation of the works for integrating the formation of the improved innovation and development. The project documents (like charter, management plan, risk assessment, and communication plan), resources required for the project, activities to be executed, and final deliverable for the project are the in scope items of the project. The alignment of the works can be integrated with the formation of the innovative work development for the inclusion of the innovative work integration. The out of scope items of the project would include any project management tools that would not be considered for this project such as transportation requirements and material usage requirements. These documents would not be considered for the implication of the vendor selection works and the implication of the bug data analytics.
Background of the project
The project “Purchase and Implement Big Data Analytics at Intelligent Information INC” is a procurement and implementation project used for selecting, purchasing, and implementing big data analytics for Intelligent Information INC organization. The completion of the project would be largely dependent on the formation of the works and the fixing of the vendor based big data analytics for the organization. The integration would be implied with the continuation of the project management works for,
Selection of the vendor (Short Term Goal): The selection of the vendor would be largely based on the alignment of the facilities that they provide with the formation of the effective work alignment development. The vendor selection would be a major factor for aligning the listing of the works for integration of the big data platforms
Implementation of the Big Data Analytics (Mid Term Goal): The implication of the big data analytics would be implied with the management of the work aligning the formation of the listing work deployment. The big data analytic implication at Intelligent Information INC organization is a major goal for the project.
Improvement of data management (Long Term Goal): The long term goal of the organization is to improve their work functions and the operations for the integration management works. The integration of the internal and external goals would be implied with the continuation of the big data analytics.
The objectives of the project “Purchase and Implement Big Data Analytics at Intelligent Information INC” are,
- To select the vendor for the procurement of big data analytics at Intelligent Information INC
- To procure the selected vendor for implementing the big data analytics at Intelligent Information INC
- To implement the big data analytics software Intelligent Information INC effectively
- To improve the performance of the organization by integrating internal and external data on a single big data platform
- To complete the project in the estimated time duration and the budget consideration
