Evaluation
The steps to be followed for successful evaluation of project are as follows:
- Defining project stakeholders
- Describing program details
- Focus to design the evaluation
- Evidence gathering
- Final conclusion development
- Sustainable success strategies
Project sustainability is referred to as an ability of any project development team to continue their professional missions as well as programs in future. It is determined that, each project has an end but the impact of the project will be continuous. The investors of the project are interested to see the way through which the project and its impact will direct their involvement in the project. There are three different categories such as financial, organisational, community sustainability though which the project can achieve sustainability. With financial support the project owners will be able to spread no smoking awareness among the young generation.
It will also let them know about indirect beneficiaries after one year of official project activities. Financial sustainability will also allow the developers to add different strategic features to the project. Based on changing demand of the society additional change management program should be conducted by the project manager. For this project, both environmental sustainability and business sustainability are needed to be implemented b the project team members. Through campaign of health awareness the project heads will also be able to obtain financial profit and continuous gain.
