Framework for Lessons Learnt
Ø PPM20008 is one of the course of project management, within which I have taken part for gaining proper knowledge in the field of project management.
Ø The module of PM20008 generally illustrates the various tools and techniques of project management which are quite advantageous in developing proper plan for the project.
Ø While taking part within this module, I have gained proper knowledge in the field of project management so that I can be able to work effectively with any future projects as a project manager.
PPM20008 is one of the courses of project management, within which I have taken part for gaining proper knowledge in the field of project management. The module mainly elaborates the techniques of project management as well as on the methods that are helpful in developing project plans. While taking part within this module, I have gained proper knowledge in the field of project management so that I can be able to work effectively with any future projects as a project manager.

While planning as well as collecting the lessons that I have learnt, I have utilized various steps including Proper identification, Analysis, Storing as well as Retrieving. On the other hand, I mainly planned to involve people including project planner, team members, project team leaders as well as other stakeholders within the procedure of lessons gathering so that it can be done appropriate. Additionally, for planning to documents lessons, I generally collected project reports, Feedback as well as help through meeting on lessons learnt.

When I compare how I had planned to gather and document lessons learnt versus what actually happened is that I planned to retrieve as well as collect data in ecah phase of the project but actually I gather data in the closure phase of the project. In the procedure of gathering data or lessons learnt I involved people like project planner and other team members as per the planning. However during documentation, I planned to keep all the data within the database but actually all the details are documented in the form of report by analyzing feedback as well as analyzing meetings on lessons learnt.

In addition to this, I analysed that absence of no lessons learnt library generally causes issues in storing the information appropriately.
I feel that presence of appropriate lessons learnt process as well as lessons learnt library can be helpful in resolving the issues and challenges that I ma presently facing.
