Significance, aims, and objectives of the project
Strategic project management is the aspect which helps in developing the project in a systematic manner. A reflection is being developed by me as well as my team members so as to analyse our project implementation plan. We are four students who had prepared the project on strategic project management. I am Sonu Mohan Patil who was indulged in the project process with my team members Jay C. Parikh, Ektaben S. Patel and Purvi G. Koradiya. It is required that a proper set of reflection should be made and certain viewpoints should be kept on the issues which could occur while implementing the proposal. Evaluation of the issues provided by Prof. Mark Keil and Prof Sue Newell will be done in the report. The report will include information reflection on the issues provided by both the professors in relation with the project management.
The project was developed by the team aiming to implement the effective set of planning for Volclay Siam Ltd. Gathering the data and availing it to help the organisation to sustain in the market is the main aim of the project. With the help of this project I have learnt the techniques with the help of which a project of a company could be managed. I have learnt various things related with team building and critical thinking aspects. Aim of this project is to provide appropriate set of support to the organization with the help of which it could sustain in the market and could attain competitive advantage (Davis, 2013). The report is developed in relation with various set of aspects which were indulged in the previous report on behalf of which certain set of reflections will be made which will help in providing an effective set if direction to the project. It is required that a proper set of reflection should be made and certain viewpoints should be kept on the issues which could occur while implementing the proposal. Evaluation of the issues provided by Prof. Mark Keil and Prof Sue Newell will be done in the report. The report will include information reflection on the issues provided by both the professors in relation with the project management. Managing project is a very crucial aspect which requires a proper investigation of various aspects and it is required that all the issues related with the project management aspects should be taken into consideration so that the project could be completed in an effective way and could help the organization to grow and develop.
Key problem[s]/risk[s] encountered and response
While developing the project there were certain set of issues which were faced by me and my team. We faced the issues with managing the timelines to complete the tasks of the project within the timeline and problem was faced in coordinating with each other at the initial (De Leo et al., 2011). These types of aspects help in managing the things in a proper manner and ensure to avail proper set of support to the organization with the help of which it could move on the path of success and sustainability.

There are certain teams dynamics with which I prefer to work on the project. I prefer to provide effective set of support to my team members and ensure that we should work as a team and should focus upon coordination and communication. Communication and coordination are the most important aspects attached with the project management. It is required that the teams should have the focus upon working with great coordination and the communication system which should be developed among them should be effective (Davila, Epstein and Shelton, 2007). Effective communication system ensures to provide a great support to the company with the help of which work could get managed and project could be completed within the time limits decided by the same.
Managing project is a very crucial task it is required that the businesses should work towards to develop the strategies with the help of which work could be managed in an effective manner (Caron, 2013). It is required that the work process should be managed in a proper manner, taking both negative as well as positive aspects into consideration organization will be able to ensure that its project could get completed within the time period which is being planned by the company. Evaluating all the two key dynamics which came into existence are communication and coordination which will help in managing the work in a proper manner (Rose, 2010). Availability of appropriate set of funds which will have a great impact on the work process as to manage any project the most important aspects attached with the same is availability of the appropriate fund. In this situation company is lacking appropriate set of funds due to which work process of the organization is getting affected and so the project is also being getting affected.
Team dynamics that worked well and its insights for future projects
To manage all these aspects it is required that the organization should search relevant funders who can help in fulfilling the requirements of the work and could provide appropriate set of support to the company (Resch, 2011).

Setting appropriate set of team compositions and dynamics for the company helps in providing relevant set of support to the same. It is required that suitable team dynamics should be set by the company so as to ensure the success of it (Petit, 2012). One of the team dynamic attached with the company is that it should focus upon the scheduling and should prioritize the work. Prioritizing will help in delivering a set direction to the organization with the help of which it will be able to sustain in the market and will ensure that the project could be completed within the time frames required.

In every project there are certain set of issues which affects the same. It is required that the project should get completed in an appropriate way and to do so it is required that the organization should develop its focus towards to gain appropriate set of information related with the issues which could affect it (Pandey, 2008). According to the professors there are two issues attached with the project these two issues are, for the organizations working on the new projects it becomes hard to share appropriate set of information related with the products and services to the people of different background. It becomes hard to provide effective set of knowledge regarding the same to the people available in the market, another issues are the reporting issues. It becomes hard for the organizations to develop appropriate reporting system with the help of which work could be managed appropriately. Reporting is one of the major issues attached with the organizations working on the new projects due to which project management aspects of the organizations gets affected (Mishra, 2014).
With the help of the market surveys and various secondary sources I have learnt that social marketing is one the aspect which is related with sharing the information related with products and services to the target population. Social marketing provides appropriate set of information related with various aspects with the effect of which organizations could adopt effective set of techniques to share the information of products and services in the market.
Key team dynamics that impacted the team’s performance and how they were managed
It is required that the organizations working on the new projects should ensure that they should remain indulged in the practices which could help the company in remaining connected with the society in which it is dealing (Martinsuo and Killen, 2014). It is required that the organizations should work towards to develop effective bonding with the society. According to the theory it is necessary that the organizations which works on the new projects should work towards to ensure that the requirements of the society should get fulfilled, it is also required that the organizations should understand that companies should undertake all set of roles and responsibilities which could help it in sustaining (Killen et al., 2012). It is also required that organization should take the initiatives of availing all set of support to the society so that it could grow and develop. Such type of aspects will help in sharing effective set of information related with the products and services and will help in the sustainability of the organization.
Social marketing is the aspect which provides a set direction to the organizations with the effect of which work could be processed in an effective, with the help of social marketing Volclay Siam Ltd. will be able to promote its products and services to the target population (Hydari, 2010). Promoting the products and services to the target population is one of the most important aspects attached with the organization without doing so organization will not be able to generate effective set of revenue which have a direct impact on other projects with the effect of which processes of the organization gets directly affected. It is required that the company should focus on the strategies with the help of which these issues could get resolved. Without promotion of the products and services organization could not sustain as people will not be able to gain information related with the product and will not purchase the same. Such type of aspect directly affects the progress of the organization in the competitive market with the effect of which goodwill of the organization will also get affected (Harris, 2011).
Social marketing is the aspect which helps in developing activities which are aimed at changing or maintaining the behavior of the people for the individual’s benefits and the society as a whole. There are various aspects which are included in social marketing which will help the organization in sharing appropriate information related with the products and services to the target population. These aspects are success, relationship, sales, value and awareness (Flouris and Lock, 2016). It is being evaluated to spread appropriate set of information regarding the products and services to the general public it is required that the organization should plan for its success and should try to develop effective relationship with the people, then it is required that the organization should work towards to sale the products and services, sale is the ultimate target of the organization with the help of which it move on the path sustainability, it is also required that the organization should provide value to its customers with the help of which people available in the market could develop trust with the organization and could ensure to provide better set of support. Providing value to the customers also helps in ensuring that the people available in the market should suggest the products and services of the same company to others, this will help in promoting the products and services of the company in the market (DEDELYUK, 2016). Then comes awareness, when value is being provided to the people available in the market then they prefer to spread the positive information related with the products and services with the help of which more people gets attracted towards the same as effective set of awareness is being spread in the market with the effect of which more and more people gets attracted towards the products and services and ensure that the organization could move on the verge of success as well as sustainability (Davidson Frame, 2012).
Team’s experience and learning outcomes
It could be possible that the organization could develop the strategies of launching their products and services on social networking sites with the help of which more information could be shared on the social networking sites. It could be possible that the organization should work towards to avail appropriate set of services with the help of social networking sites like delivering advertisements on various social networking sites like YouTube, Facebook or Twitter will help the organization to share appropriate set of information related with the products and services (Baker, 2010). Organization will be able to succeed because in present scenario people available in the market prefer to purchase the products and services which are advertised on the social networking sites and ensures to share the same information to others with the help of which they gets attracted towards the same and ensure to avail appropriate set of support to the organization with the effect of which it could sustain in the market and could obtain competitive advantage with the effect of which it will be able to move on the path of success and sustainability (Andersen, 2010). /4
Team building theory is the theory which avails appropriate set of support system to the organizations with the help of which these organizations could ensure to gather relevant information regarding report sharing issues and will be able to process the work in a proper way. According to the theory it is required that the organization should work towards to develop effective team. This is the theory which will help the organization in overcoming from the issues which could affect the project (Yi, 2015). Working on to develop an effective team will help in completing the project in a smooth manner as flow of information is being done in a more smooth manner when people work as a team rather than individuals. Reporting issue that is being faced by the organization while working on the project is one of the most important aspects attached with the project management which helps in processing the work in a proper manner (Lee and Kotler, 2016).
Indulging in the team building activities like organizing the parties, business meetings, cultural events and fun activities helps in bringing people more closer with the help of which they build and effective team and prefer to report all type of issues with the effect of which project could get completed in a proper way. Team building activities will ensure to provide proper set of support to the project management team with the effect of which it will be completed within the time frame decided by the organization (Kassel, 2017).
Chosen project management issues from international speakers and why
Volclay Siam Ltd. should undertake the all set of aspects into consideration as any loop or breach could have a direct impact on the processes of the projects. It is required that the organization should adopt effective set of strategies with the help of which these issues could get resolved (Ireland et al., 2017). Team Building activities will be able provide effective set of solutions to the organization with the effect of which it will be able to develop appropriate relationship among the employees. People at the workplace come from different places and of different diversities due to which they face issues in adjusting with other. People of different diversities get affected as they find it difficult to share their views with others and face issues in expressing themselves in the new environment. It is required that the organization should work towards to provide effective set of support to these people with the effect of which they will be able to express themselves in more effective manner (Hass, 2009). /3

Team work is one of the most important aspects attached with any organization for which it is required that the organization should work towards to provide effective set of support to the people available in the organization. Team work provides a path with the help of which people could manage the work in an appropriate manner and could process it with quality. Quality is one of the aspects which should be focused upon as it is the aspects with the effect of which people available in the market gets attracted towards the products and services (Evans, 2012). There are various other aspects also which are attached with team work as it helps in reducing the clashes at the workplace with the effect of which healthy as well as happy working environment is being created. Team work helps in developing effective relationship between the employees working at the workplace with the help of which they prefers to provide appropriate set of support to each other and handles the work in crucial times.
There are various set of aspects which are attached with team work like it helps in providing clear as well as logical goals and objectives to the employees with the effect of which they work more effectively (De Leo et al., 2011). One of the issues faced by the organization in managing the project is information sharing as the people available in the organization faces issues in sharing the information with others, people in this projects have the psychology of performing the tasks alone rather than building team and working with it, in this situation it is required that each and every individual working at the workplace should understand the roles and responsibilities and should work accordingly. Delegating the tasks to others is another aspects with the help of which people will be able to understand their own roles and responsibilities and will be able to perform the work accordingly (Davis, 2013).
Explaining the first issue and academic theory to gain deeper insights
To build effective team it is required that the organization should use the people of different skills at the workplace, doing so will help the organization in ensuring that the work could be managed in a proper manner, people having different set of skills and abilities could process quality work and could ensure to provide appropriate set of support to the organization with the help of which tasks could be completed according to the requirements (Davila, Epstein and Shelton, 2007).
These are some of the aspects which will help the organization in resolving the issues related with information sharing with the effect of which it will be able to perform the task in an appropriate way and will move on the path of success and sustainability (Caron, 2013). /4
Conclusion
With the help of this report I have developed the understanding and could conclude that the organization should develop its focus on various issues which could affect it in the long run. I have learnt that focusing upon the issues and working towards to resolve those issues helps the organizations in fulfilling the requirements of the project and ensures to provide proper set of support system for the same. I have developed an understanding that the organizations in present scenario should try to adopt appropriate set of strategies with the effect of which it could sustain. Focusing upon team work and social marketing will help in completing the tasks of the projects in a proper manner and helps in attracting effective number of people towards the products and services. Identification of appropriate set of issues and working towards to resolving the same will help the organization in moving on the path of success and sustainability.
