Technologies used in residential buildings of Australia and India include solar power, wind power, biomass, bio-fuels and hydroelectricity. The current report provides a comparison of renewable energy sources in residential buildings as well as evaluates the trends in Australia and India. A project background has been provided along with the project aim, objectives as well as research questions. A literature review has been presented as well for getting a detailed knowledge on the research. The research methodology has been provided for the detailed methodology of the research that has been followed. Research findings have been provided along with discussions of the findings of the research. Secondary quantitative data has been collected for the research, which has been evaluated and analyzed in the research.
Use of renewable energy has provided the opportunity to help sustain natural non-renewable resources. Most importantly, the non-renewable source of energy like the coal, petroleum and other similar fossil fuels are not abundant on Earth. They are being constantly depleted due to heavy use and demand in the Earth. The future renewable energy market is very essential, as it requires understanding the energy consumption trend as well as availability of transportation as well as grid growth. Around 39% of the residential building consumes the energy within India. Approximately 19% of the energy consumption is used as commercial energy and biomass household use within the rural areas (Allouhi, 2015). The household energy consumptions help in development of state, social norms as well as infrastructure. The urban areas that consist of low energy use as well as household fuel along with electricity income are less elastic to the price. Within the buildings price of electrical consumptions they are much less compared to the elastic price of the household components. The growth is lessened due to lessened growth and efficiency as well as price of electricity. The Australian energy trends include space conditioning, water heating, refrigeration as well as IT equipments including televisions.
The primary aim of this study is to forecast the market for different renewable energy as well as energy efficient technologies used in the residential buildings. The trends are based on Australia and India, therefore the aim is to search information for this two countries.
The objectives of the project are as follows:
- To identify the advanced devices used in the renewable energy systems
- To analyze the energy trends in India and Australia
- To draw attention on the renewable energy system and devices that benefit from the trends
- To examine the renewable energy as well as energy efficient technologies used in the residential buildings
The current chapter provides a review of the literature on the research paper that has been studied. The conceptual design has been incorporated along with review of literature regarding the devices as well as systems for renewable energy. Other relevant energy friendly systems are also revised as well as their energy efficiency that has also been provided in the literature review.
Renewable energy is the total collected energy from renewable sources that can be naturally replenished by the help of the geothermal heat, tidal energy, waves in rain and sunlight. The renewable energy forms the four important areas of air and water, heating, cooling transportation, electricity generation as well as transportation that usually contribute 19.2% of the global energy consumption. According to Crino (2015), 27% of the generation of electricity in contrast to the energy, consumption light source of renewable energy is also present due to significant climate change. Energy security as well as change of mitigation that provides to economic benefits also includes the benefits. The renewable energy systems becoming much more cheaply as good as efficient as the total of energy consumption is increased on a global rate. Source of energy also are natural and green form of energy. According to Wiedenhofer (2013), renewable energy sources is energy efficient over a large geographical area in contrast to other energy sources due to the climate change as well as the global warming concerns along with the people and higher prices.
Project aim, objectives and research questions
Most of the renewable energy comes directly or indirectly from the sun that can be seen to that can be used for heating homes and other buildings as well as generating electricity for hot water heating and cooling and a variety of industrial and commercial use. The sun energy also helps in driving the mean, energy is capturing using wind turbines the windmill, and energy causes water to vaporize and form water vapor that turns into snow. All rain as well as close down heavily in the ocean or streams when it is captured using hydroelectric power. The rain and snow that causes the sunlight as well as the plants to grow helps them to be used as transportation. Full electricity, chemicals the use of biomass for such kind of energy purpose is known as bio energy. Hydrogen is usually found in numerous organic compounds such as the water. The most abundant element on the earth is hydrogen combining with other elements such as Oxygen. Hydrogen makes water and hydrogen help combine as well as get converted into electricity. As per Shahiduzzaman (2013), most of the energy comes from the sun as well as geothermal energy that is the total energy trapped within the earth as an internal energy. It can also be used for electric power generation, cooling and heating on the building, the ocean style that results on the gravitational pull of the moon as well as the sun or earth. It can also be used as an energy source as well as energy within numerous ways such as with the tidal energy. It also helps in generation of energy from ocean waves and tides that are both given by the wind energy. The times minimal technology is important as it provides an alternative source to most of the non-renewable sources, which often causes problems (Tian, 2014).
The energy trend that is creating impacts in the world includes renewable jet fuel, which is used as operational unit for aircrafts. They are used for the design of global market measure for international aviation as well as a latest aviation technology that helps in reduction of non-renewable energy resources that is used as fuel for jet engines as well as aircrafts. The pump storage hydro represents the capacity that is installed for a large-scale option smoothing out the renewable energy that form that contains collectible energy sources. According to Pittock (2013), other in which the services are provided as per the need and infrastructure of energy the customers according to pay for the electricity can go for the model of solar photovoltaic cells that can be used for capturing the sunlight energy and storing it.
Offshore wind is another major strategy that is used by governments of numerous countries for the sustainability of the renewable sources as well as saving the non-renewable energy on the face of the earth from extinction. Various beginners as well as mechanism for supporting of urban development in water vapors proposals are also included for taking advantages of technologies. As per Batstone (2015), the major trending renewable energy development technologies includes use of solar power in the form of photovoltaic cells, wind turbines as well as hydraulic turbines that are installed at the back of the houses for generation of electricity in the house as well as station that energy is used for future use during crisis of electricity.
Literature review
New technologies and systems help in lowering the cost of newer energy, which has been calculated as the generating system of the cycle. Photo voltaic cell is largely used for the ones reflecting the revelation of the recent technology that has a cost reduction system capacity. It is calculated that in office building it was approximately 60% of electricity supply especially through renewable sources such as wind and solar power systems, the cells in pioneering the effects of government policies as well as other system app development (Ibn-Mohammed, 2013). For the legacy power systems that helps in energy harvesting through dedicated controls, wind systems through substantial transformation also helps in development of large units that is needed for the low cost of technology. Holder designs that are based on electricity generators, doubly fed implying, rotor circuit that has a power electronic converters for reducing the rating that helps in stator winding when connected to the AC lines.
Helfer (2014) stated that state of the art wind turbines from waste reduction system in corporation of electric generator gearbox, power electronics, converts the photo voltaic systems helps in gaining large proportion as well as popularity for the multi utility scale power plants. It also has rooftop installations of the residential and commercial buildings having ready proportions of remedy protection in the price of photovoltaic cells. It also contribute towards the large scale deployment regional and national text in table also the other contributing factors that helps in progressing technological progress that increases the liability as well as reliability of the factors.
New advanced technologies include numerous systems such as the photo voltaic cell that is used for power generation. It helps in collecting the power from sun light sources and stores it into batteries and cells that helps in utilizing the power and that can be used as electricity purpose of the solar power generation used during emergencies. The sunlight which is to the photovoltaic cell as solar energy and the one that is today’s wind energy in the wind turbines does the electricity that is generated from the hydraulic turbines are renewable form of energy and this technology are very highly efficient in protecting the environment for depletion of natural resources and nonrenewable sources.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that 27% of the generation of electricity in contrast to the energy consumption light source of renewable energy is also present due to significant climate change. Energy security as well as change of mitigation that provides to economic benefits also includes the benefits. The renewable energy systems becoming much more cheaply as good as efficient as the total of energy consumption is increased on a global rate. The research philosophy that has been chosen for the current research is post positivism philosophy. Such philosophy has been adopted because it helps the researcher to gain an opportunity in conducting research effectively and efficiently as well as obtain proper analysis of the data. The post positivism philosophy also helps in getting an insight and in depth understanding regarding the research work. Other philosophy such as positivism and interpretivism has been neglected for its inappropriateness regarding the research. It also helps in consideration for a deductive approach that has been selected for the research as it helps the researcher to conduct the research from a generalized approach to a point specific way. Inductive approach is not selected because it starts research from a specific topic and goes to analyze towards a generalized way. Data is gathered for the research and deductive approach has been adopted by the research that provides an opportunity to follow top down approach and make directions from the theories that have been explored. Secondary research has been conducted through analysis of data that has been used from various books and databases. The data collected have been analyzed quantitatively for the research. Secondary sources have been used for collection of the data that has been analyzed in a new and innovative way by the researcher for the current research.

The advanced devices that are used for the renewable energy systems include the conversion device and process having a theoretical efficiency as well as reduced actual efficiency. The actual efficiency is much lower than the theoretical efficiency as the chemical to mechanical conversion involves reduction of efficiency. Further, the difference in efficiency is found to be of around 38%. The reduced efficiency proves that the actual renewable devices and systems used for conservation and sustainability are not as effective as the theoretical construction and design.
The trends in the use of renewable sources have also increased to much higher percentage regarding the shipment. The Australian trends are also found to be approximately high in use due to their efficiency. In India, the efficiency is also found to be increased by 83.54% (Batstone, 2015). Distribution percentage is also found to be high compared to other countries. Efficient emerging technologies that are used for protection of residential buildings include helping electricity consumers to switch to lighting that is more efficient. The project aimed to retrofit government office buildings with efficient lighting, distribution of compact fluorescent lamps in residential areas and to other customers, introduced energy efficient public lighting, set-up laboratory for testing energy efficient appliances and lamp waste management facility. It also helps in establishing a super energy service company (ESCO) to support ESCOC development, promote efficient building initiative, and develop and implement a communication and social mobilization program. The project would contribute an annual energy savings of 534 GWh and a reduction of 300,000 tons of CO2 per year. CEFPF resources covered the communication campaign and the promotion of energy efficiency in everyday life.
Renewable energy system and devices
Conclusion
It can be concluded that the growth is lessened due to lessened growth and efficiency as well as price of electricity. The Australian energy trends include space conditioning, water heating, refrigeration as well as IT equipments including televisions. The renewable energy systems becoming much more cheaply as good as efficient as the total of energy consumption is increased on a global rate. Source of energy also are natural and green form of energy. Renewable energy sources is energy efficient over a large geographical area in contrast to other energy sources due to the climate change as well as the global warming concerns along with the people and higher prices.
Secondary research has been conducted through analysis of data that has been used from various books and databases. The data collected have been analyzed quantitatively as well as qualitatively for the research. Secondary sources have been used for collection of the data that has been analyzed in a new and innovative way by the researcher for the current research. Further, the difference in efficiency is found to be of around 38%. The reduced efficiency proves that the actual renewable devices and systems used for conservation and sustainability are not as effective as the theoretical construction and design.
It is recommended that majority of the building should incorporate the photovoltaic cells for collecting and storing the sunlight energy and use it for laminating the house. Further, the wind energy should be stored using wind turbines installed at rooftops that will help them to use the energy for future use and use it for power generation. Moreover there should be a hydroelectric turbine installed at the backyard of the house for using it during the waste water outlet from the house and it should be for generating the energy and stored in batteries for future use.
