Research Study On Smoking Habits Among Teenagers In Australia

The questionnaire aims to collect data on smoking among high school and college students in Australia

We are conducting a research study on the various circumstances that surrounds the beginning and ending of a smoking habit among the teenagers in the Australia. Thus, we would love to hear about your experience with the habit. Primarily, This questionnaire seeks to find out and collect data on smoking among teenagers in Australia and the reasons that drive them to stop the habit. The questionnaire aims at getting information from high school and college students in the country. It is divided into various sections I order to obtain background information on the student, the smoking period, the reason for starting the habit and factors that led them to stop the habit. The findings of the study will help us understand the cause of teenage smoking and help determine the best methods to help addicts stop the habit. The survey will take only 7 minutes of your time. Please be assured that your responses are completely anonymous and will not be shared with anyone.
