No worker’s rights and freedoms were being violated. Training is offered to employees depending on their areas of work. No delays in salary payment. The relationship between the company and the employees was good. Employees’ career goals were being considered. Employees were being recognized for their hard work. There was a gradual growth of the industry in terms of production activities. |
