Carmarthen Business School is an educational institute that has decided to conduct a yearly conference and has termed it as Rethinking Business Conference. It will be a new business venture by the school and a business plan and strategy will be required to be designed accordingly. The report covers the data and information that will be required to decide upon the location of the conference along with the further details associated with the same, such as number of delegates, sustainability of the location, facilities required and likewise. The tools that will be used for information storage along with the sustainability of the venture have been explained in the report. It also covers the trends that are associated with data generation, information storage and its analysis.
Prior to the organization of the conference, there will be a lot of information that will be required to be gathered so that the organization of the conference is adequate and meets the expectations of all the stakeholders involved.
It would be essential to identify the purpose of the conference being organized by Carmarthen Business School. The planning activities associated with the conference will proceed only when the purpose is identified and is documented. The vision and mission statements for the conference will therefore be needed in the initial phase (Kalmukov, 2011).
Planning is one of the essential activities that are involved in every task. The same holds true for the conference that will be organized by the Carmarthen Business School. A business plan will be required to understand the estimations associated with the venture. The plan must cover the highlights of the requirements that are to be met along with the schedule and cost details. The path was opened for public on May 5, 2012 and provides a walking route of 870 miles. The path runs from Chepstow that lies in the southern region of Wales to Queensferry that is present in the northern region (Walescoastpath, 2018).
Wales has established itself as the first country to provide the public with a dedicated footpath that covers almost its entire coastline. There are several locations that the path covers viz. Conwy, Menai Strait, Caernarfon, Aberystwyth, and many more.

Future Generations Wales Acts has been presented to enhance the social, cultural, economic and environmental well-being. The various sets of permissions are provided by the act to realize this objective.
There are seven goals that are covered under the act viz. establishment of a prosperous, resilient, healthier, more equal, globally responsible, vibrant culture and cohesive communities Wales.
The primary objective of the conference is to establish a more equal Wales. The information on the further amendments and policies that come under the act will be required to design and execute the conference accordingly.
Carmarthen Business School has made sure that it enhances the social, cultural and environmental scenario of Wales through a series of its initiatives.
There were certain events that were organized by the school that proved to be extremely successful while there were some that did not meet the expectations. The information associated with all of these events will be required to understand the success and failure criteria.

There may be a few last-minute additions or eliminations in association with the conference. MySQL is a tool that can be easily scaled up or down which will allow easier modification of the storage space as per the changing nature of the requirements. The information associated with the conference will be collected from a number of data sources. These data sets will also have different structures in terms of structured, unstructured and semi-structured data. The data formats and types may also vary from one another.

- The location also offers a scenic view to the rivers and the town that will make sure that the conference takes place at a spot that is closer to the nature.
- The waste materials will be easily handled and managed using a recycle and reuse approach. This will make sure that there is no damage done to the environment (Eccles, 2012).
- The location is also easy to reach and is also not far away from Carmarthen. This will make sure that the delegates reach the location with ease and on-time.
There management of the location makes sure that the processes of continuous improvement are carried out so that the economic and environmental sustainability of the location is maintained and is also improved (Schiffman, 2015).

Also, the network security tools for intrusion detection and prevention will be used to make sure that the information sets are always protected.
There are several trends that are witnessed in the areas of data storage, data generation and its analysis. One such trend is the increase in the use of NoSQL database. These databases offer numerous benefits over the traditional database engines. NoSQL databases offer transparent expansion with the aid of new nodes that offer enhanced flexibility and scalability (Sareen & Kumar, 2015). RDBMSs have been scaled up to match with the Big Data volumes; however there are a few operational issues that are observed.
