As it has been seen that Youth Focus Company are trying to move outside Western Australia, the place and price has to be fixed in such a manner that this will help the company in gaining competitive advantage in the entire market.
In the present scenario, the marketing mix is essential in nature as this requires to revamp the 4Ps in order to increase their presence in the entire market. Youth Focus needs to try to focus on the place and price of the services that are offered by them to the youngsters who suffer from different kind of ailments.
There are different issues in the place and price marketing mix of Youth Focus Company. It has been seen that there can be different issues with the traditional marketing mix of the Youth Focus Company. The company needs to be more focused towards the technological advancements as this will help them in gaining competitive advantage in the market. It has been seen that the company do not have much social media presence and this is causing them huge loss. Furthermore, since it is an NGO, it is required for them to analyse the moves of the competitors such as their physical presence along with the pricing strategy and criteria along with the other factors.
Furthermore, it has been seen that the company needs to be more focused towards the different online and physical presence for the customers as this kind of ailments has increased in the present era. It has been noticed that Youth Focus is still lagging behind as their competitors are situated in different places along with the branches. However, Youth Focus is still planning to operate their functions outside the Western Australia and spread their presence in a positive manner so that the individuals gain from the same program and gain knowledge about the activities performed by them as well.
Youth Focus needs to provide easiest access to the individuals who are in need of such place (O’Brien 2015)
- Proper use of the technological advancements, the place can be situated by them in different areas in comparison to the competitors. The location has to be such that it can be easy for the donors and also the requirements of the beneficiaries (Hamzah, Stefani and Sutanto 2016)
- Inclusion of the different kind of sessions to motivate the youngsters and generate awareness among the other individuals in the market by conducting sessions in parks, groups and places of worship
- The main target is required to be the different schools and colleges as this will help the company in managing the different patients in a positive manner
- Youth Focus needs to try and choose central location as this will help them in gaining competitive advantage in the market and this will help them in gaining strong customer base
- Youth Focus can enhance the different services of the company with tele rehabilitation that helps in facilitating the training that can be conducted via web along with telephones
- With the usage of social media, the people can connect from far distances and this will help the company in gaining more competitive advantage in the market. The physical therapy professionals can be hired as to connect with more people with the conduction of the program through social media
- The brochures can be sent by the company to the different patients and the ones who are in huge need of the same to understand their difficulties and solve them appropriately
- Lastly, internet and web pages have to be provided with appropriate focus as this will help the company in reach out to the people who stay in different places and who requires such therapies efficiently.
Therefore, it can be recommended that the marketing mix is essential in nature as this helps in gaining competitive advantage. The place and price of the different services provided by Youth Focus needs to be more focused towards analysing the issues of the youngsters and solve them in an effective manner (Longhofer 2018). The NGO needs to understand the different kind of physical evidence and price issues and solve them effectively.
- Firstly, proper analysis of the competitors is required to be done in order to understand their moves and plan their move accordingly
- Secondly, the analysis of the physical evidence strategy is required to be known to understand the techniques of the other companies and improve their web pages efficiently
- Lastly, the presence in the internet is essential in nature to gain competitive advantage in the present scenario by revamping the marketing mix accordingly
