Long Term Incentive Plan

The above graph shows that the EPS of the firm has consistently increased during the period 2013 to 2017. However the remuneration of the firm consisting of (fixed part, LTI and STI) has also increased during the financial year 2017 in comparison to the previous year period.
Analysis of the compensation of the key management personnel reveals the fact that compensation consists of short term benefits for employees, post employment benefits as well as share based payments. Again, the short term benefits can be subdivided into salaries as well as fees, bonuses along with others (Safari et al. 2016).
