Article Review
The main purpose of this paper is to critically analyze the concept of international conference of business management. In that connection, analysis and review of certain paper will be used so as to come up with a clear path on international conference of business management. The main article to be reviewed in this particular paper is written by several authors. Major Issues in Business Process Management: An Expert Perspective by Bandara, Wasana, Indulska, Marta, Chong, Sandy, & Saliq, Shazia (2007). This article has been used to analyze business management process. This article is as well applicable in what took place in international conference of business management (Ryan & Deci 2017). The main aim on how to review this article is based on correlation to international conference of business management. Therefore, we review this article by comparing various issues addressed in international conference of business management. By so doing, then we will be in a position to understand all contributions asserted by this article to promote international conference of business management. Other article that will be considered in this article include Business Process Management by Hamid Reza, matahari-nezha, Jan recker and Mathias Weldlick. In addition to this article, there will be review of other three articles on business process management so as to integrate with the concepts addressed by the article under review and consideration.

The first aspect contributed by this article involves perennial process of business management. This is because in any business enterprise and business activities, there are several business variables that tend to be very significant in retaining sufficiency so as to cultivate huge returns of business investment under consideration. In that case, the article has clearly described the process of operational efficiency (McGregor 2012). Typically, business process management abbreviated as BPM is a business term. According to the article, BPM has been applied to encapsulate approaches that are driven by a certain process so as to attain an efficiency plan as well as to achieve enterprise operational efficiency. According to the ranking asserted in this article, BPM ranks on top priority by organization such as international conference of business management. However, there is a gap that exist in this process so as to fully satisfy the demand in the industry. The review of this article therefore try to identify several issues that many organization face. In this case, we consider international conference of business management a sample to represent the issues faced by organizations in their effort to initiate, manage and implement business process (Shang & Chin 2015). Issues addressed in this article include lack of reliable connection and networking between process design and process execution. It also address lack of adequate tools to offer support in process visualization. Lastly, the article address the issue of lack of top management support to initiate business process management by organizations.
Research Methods
According to Major Issues in Business Process Management: An Expert Perspective by Bandara, Wasana, Indulska, Marta, Chong, Sandy, & Saliq, Shazia (2007), business management process involves application of methods , tools along with developed techniques to support the design, management, enactment as well as analysis of entire business process. It describe the entire business management of an organization. The article recommend basic strategies, goals setting processes, planning as well as controlling the entire business process management. This article applied specific research methods to come up with main ideas to be considered in business process management.
The research method used by the authors of this article contributed highly to collecting necessary data on business process management. The authors used research questions to develop motives on business process management. These questions and results asserted in this article contribute highly to providing a large portion of global study the major issues addressed by BPM (Maslow 2013). The authors performed detailed interviews with BPM experts so as to fully contribute on issues faced by organizations in process management in their business enterprise and other business activities. In addition, the methodology applied in this article involved multiple method approach that enabled BPM experts to realize certain issues concerning BPM (Saunders, Lewis & Thornhill 2009). To start with, the experts were able to perceive issues concerning BPM so as to raise necessary mitigation strategies to solve issues affecting organizations such as lack of top management process team as well as lack of adequate resources to manage the business process. Second, the research design used in this article assisted in gaining different opinions of organizations involved in the process of deploying BPM solutions (Hughes 2008). The research design also contribute to understanding various misconceptions of BPM technologies applied by different organizations such as international conference of business management. As a result, the outcomes of research method used in Major Issues in Business Process Management: An Expert Perspective by Bandara, Wasana, Indulska, Marta, Chong, Sandy, & Saliq, Shazia (2007) aim at informing practioners together with the entire community on many challenges that have been addressed by this article along with other problems that need to be addressed in other areas of business process management. Therefore, a gap still exist in research methods used so as to address issues that have not been mentioned in this article yet they relate closely to business management process.

Issues addressed in this article include lack of reliable connection and networking between process design and process execution. It also address lack of adequate tools to offer support in process visualization. Lastly, the article address the issue of lack of top management support to initiate business process management by organizations (Thomas 2009). These issues contribute to conducting expert interview on business process management.
Issues Addressed by the Authors
The article applied the contribution of BPM experts through conducting interviews as a way of collecting necessary information relating to BPM. Interviews are mainly used to outsource data and information in qualitative research. In this article, the authors applied both open ended and structured interview survey type to collect data on BPM (Lesserre 2012). It also applied semi-structured interview approach so as to gain insights on BPM issues. This approach enabled the sample survey under interview to understand the topic of research. There was fully participation of interviewee who recognized major BPM bodies.

- Lack of employee buy-in
- Lack of competent governance
- Broken link and networking between business process management efforts and organization strategy.
- Lack of common mind share of business process management.
In addition to strategic issues addressed on business process management by experts, the article also provide tactical issues. These issues include:
- Lack of methodology to initiate appropriate business process management.
- Lack of adequate business process management education among stakeholders (Neil 2016).
- Lack of policies and standards.
- Weaknesses in process specification.
Lastly, the other issue addressed by the authors in this article is based on operational issues. These issues include:
- Miscommunication of tool capabilities.
- Lack of tool support for process visualization.
- There is existence of perceived gaps and opportunities between process design and process execution connecting business process management.

These three articles are very important when reviewing the main article under consideration. This is because of perfect positive correlation on issues of business process management.
Expert Interview Conduct
For instance, article (1) has tried to design certain tools that can be used to solve issues addressed by the article under review. This implies that article (1) attempts to mitigate issues highlighted by the article under review. These tools include graphical design tools, business rules, version control, and process simulation and user management (Richard 2013). It is therefore very important to integrate both information addressed by the two articles. The research design used in both articles also contribute to understanding various misconceptions of BPM technologies applied by different organizations such as international conference of business management (Daft 2015). This offers a clear application of these tools when mitigating the underlining issues.
From the contributions of article (11), we also find a perfect positive correlation to the article under review. In that case, the product survey modeling tools applied in article (11) become of great importance in mitigating issues of business process management outlined in the article under review. These tools include Microsoft: VISIO, metastorm: ProVision and Casewise: Corporate Modeler. However, just like in the article under review, there is a gap that exist in this process so as to fully satisfy the demand in the industry (Christopher 2011). The review of this article therefore try to identify several issues that many organization face. In this case, we consider international conference of business management a sample to represent the issues faced by organizations in their effort to initiate, manage and implement business process. Issues addressed in this article include lack of reliable connection and networking between process design and process execution.
Finally, article (111) attempts to highlight the top ten rules for success of any business process management. In that case, the article become relevant since we realize that the main idea addressed by the article under review is to mitigate issues in BPM so as to bring success. These rules include:
- Ensure there is an executive sponsorship.
- Ensure there is a reliable process owner.
- There is need to change management plan.
- Define goals and objectives of the business.
- Understand the objectives of the customers.
- Map out as-is process.
- Map out to-be process.
- Simulate to-be process
- Develop iteratively.
- Be prepared to change.
Conclusion
The articles considered in this paper can collectively be used to ensure that business process management is efficient so as to promote operations of business activities and enterprises (Chopra 2012). Therefore, they important to organizations such as international conference of business management. Therefore, the perfect positive correlation between the recommendations and issues addressed by this article to international conference of business management is very paramount.
