The following are the two team members – Sam Danvers and Dean Whittaker.
For Sam – the role of this team member is client liaison officer. One responsibility of this team member is to ensure the fact that routine bookings of the client is scheduled properly. And the other responsibility of this team member includes there is no overlap on the specified programs that has been booked for the client.
For Dean – the role of this team member is fitness trainer. This team member is responsible for maintaining the tools and equipment that are associated with the workplace of the company. This team member also ensures the fact that all the documents that are associated with the organization are maintained and kept properly.

The work goals that have been identified for the employees is going to be capable off bringing change in the workplace of the company and both the employees will be highly beneficial if the goals and activities are going to be undertaken by them properly (Lee and Li 2020). With the implementation of these policies, it will be possible to meet the expectations of the customers effectively and it will also be possible to ensure the fact that the customers that are associated with the company are highly satisfied with the work of the employees that are associated with the company and the profit margin of the company in the future will be increasing in accordance to the future goals of the company.

Looking at the current performance of the employees it can be stated that the above stated goals can easily be achieved by them without any problem and with the implementation of proper strategic process and goal oriented approach it will be possible to meet the achievable aspects that has been identified for both the employees.
The goals and plans and activities that has been identified for both the employees that are associated with the company is quite feasible in terms of bringing new changes in the company and the goals and plans will also be capable of ensuring the fact that proper identification of the current challenges that are being faced by the company can be avoided by utilizing the strengths that are associated with it (Stich, Tarafdar and Cooper 2018).

Meeting was conducted regarding the identify the technique that is going to be followed for implementation of being flexible. The following aspects has been discussed:
- Establishing good communication in workplace – A receptive atmosphere will be created in which employees can state their voice to the supervisors.
- Allowing standard work schedules to employees – Work burden will be restricted and employees will not be forced to work extra hours.
Meeting was conducted regarding the identify the technique that is going to be followed for implementation of Enabling continuous learning. The following aspects has been discussed:
- Awareness can be created for training resources – memo will be circulated in the workplace.
- Personal development of the employees must be connected to company goals: – employees will be given proper idea about future mission and vision of the company.
My performance is in accordance to the expectations of the company and the various criteria that has been set by the company. However, there are certain areas in which I need to improve myself in order to meet the expectations of the company properly. I have been capable of generating revenue of $700 per client. My average class attendance is 85% per session. My client retention rate is at 75% in the present time. My profit margin is at 23% which needs to be improved in accordance to the criteria that is set by the company. My average daily attendance is 82% which is more than the expected outcome of the company.
The performance standards that have been set by the company is in accordance to the industry average and looking at the criteria it can be stated that each and every employee needs to stay sharp and optimum service must be provided to the clients that are associated with the company. I believe my performance is in accordance to the expectations of the company however there are certain areas in which I need to improve myself in order to meet all the criteria that has been set by bounce fitness. The client retention rate that has been set by the company is fulfilled by me however I believe there are areas in which I can improve myself in terms of improving my communication with the clients as well as making proper schedule that can be well used by the client so that it makes the client satisfied with the service that is provided by the company.
The 2 development needs that need to be fulfilled includes increasing the profit margin and increasing the client retention rate. The profit margin can be increased by increasing the client retention rate and also increasing the number of clients that I am providing service to. The profit margin of the company needs to be increased in accordance to the expectations of the company but setting the bar little bit high is going to improve in this scenario. In other words it can be stated that with the implementation of proper process it is going to be possible to meet the expectations of the clients and improving the communication process and creating a proper schedule as a personal trainer for the clients is also going to be very much helpful in the longer run.
- One goal that can be selected for increasing profit margin is to increase the profit margin to 35% for the company. One goal that can be selected for increasing the client retention rate is to increase retention rate of the clients to 90%.

- For increasing profit margin – in order to improve profit margin, I believe innovation needs to be implemented in the workplace so that new work activities can be provided to the clients.
- For increasing client retention rate – in order to increase the client retention rate it will be a viable option for the trainers like me to have optimum communication with the clients on regular basis to understand the various problems they are facing and gather the feedback and improve the service in the future (Lee, Li and Tsai 2021).
- Professional development activity:
- For increasing profit margin – in order to increase the profit margin, the clients must be provided with other activities and their interest must be drawn towards the new programs that are available in the company. Proper sales pitch and optimum communication is going to be very much helpful in this scenario.
- For increasing client retention rate – in order to increase the client retention rate, it is very much important to ensure the fact that customize programs are provided to the clients and proper are taken in order to ensure that the clients are kept interested in the services that are provided by the company.
- Expected outcome:
- For increasing profit margin – the profit margin is going to increase at 30 %.
- For increasing client retention rate – the client retention rate will also go up to 90%.
- The feedback that was received during the feedback session was to ensure the fact that the client services are in accordance to the personal goals that have been identified by me. The goals and activities that has been selected by me is going to be very much helpful in terms of increasing the client retention rate and also increasing the profit margin for the company in the future.
- There is presence of many strategies that can be selected in order to develop the personal competence of an individual. Challenging myself in my current performance with the help of definite practice as well as action is going to be very much helpful in order to improve my personal competence. Asking constant feedback from the clients as well as my peers is going to be very much helpful in order to improve myself in the future.
The performance plan that has been implemented in the workplace is capable of meeting the Expectations of all the employees that are associated with the company and the performance plan is also in accordance to the improvement of the current quality of the performance that is stated by the employee is associated with the company (Lee, Li and Tsai 2021). There are certain changes that needs to be implemented in the performance plan which is going to be highly beneficial for the employees that were associated with the company as well as the improvement of the overall performance that is associated with the company and the current services that are provided to the Employees and customers that are associated with it.
- The personal development activity in terms of improving the communication skills of an individual is very much important in terms of improving the personal life as well as professional life of an individual. Looking at the current performance of the company it can clearly be identified that the personal development activity is going to be very much important in the present scenario of the business and in improving the current brand image of the company.
- The professional development activity that is associated with the company is capable of ensuring the fact that there are results of current aspects that need to be taken into account in order to improve the current performance of the employees that are associated with the company. The professional development activity which is to improve the documentation process is very much helpful for the employees in terms of understanding the present perfect in the market and also looking at the current efficiency aspects that need to be improved in order to meet the Expectations of the company.
- The personal and professional development activities were participated on 15th April, 2022.
- The actual outcome of the performance plan is that the existing performance of the employees that are associated with the company will be enhanced and the overall performance of the company is going to be improved drastically in the future. The number of customers that are associated with the company will be increasing and the customer satisfaction level is also going to increase due to the increase in efficiency level of the employees that are associated with the company.
