Part 1: Johari Window
The obvious reason one needs to entertain the understanding of the emotional intelligence test is to undergo special treatment on oneself for better human being. The following reflective have supported me to evaluate my inner ability that will in turn enable to make myself a better global citizen.

Johari window is a psychological tool which was created in the year 1955 by Joseph Luft. This window helps in understanding self-awareness, interpersonal relationship, personal development, improvement of communication, team Development, group dynamics and intergroup relationship. All these informative factors are considered to be soft skills which are to be included by a free people working in an organisation or willing to work in an organisation (Ott and Michailova, 2018). It’s a really justified situation where a person comes in contact with information that he knows and that he doesn’t know.
This Framework is helpful in understanding the different ways that people have when they think about a particular individual. The illustration of graph as well as table format helps in understanding and overlapping reviews in order to ensure the 13 changes in direction individual, as well as other people, think of.
When discussing about the earthquake which is known to myself as well as known to my other to colleagues are musical interest as well as linguistic. Musical and linguistic are known to me and to others as because it is quite evaluated in terms of organisational work nature. The way I work in the organisation is quite observing as because music relax to my knowledge and stays in my mind whenever I wish to vote in the certain area. I quite easily mixer with people using my language as I have seen knowledge and understanding how people speak and what they mean when they speak. Certainly enables me to increase my linguistic skills which are known to others in the organisation.
While discussing regarding the unknown aspect that I did not find out through my self-evaluation is interpersonal skills logical mathematical aspect. I personally feel that my mathematical concept is not as strong as it should be, but through the evaluation point of my colleague, I found out that my logical mathematical strength is quite observable from their point of view.
The interpersonal skill is quite obvious I understood by my colleagues as because I have a great Repo with almost every organisational people. There are people who support me when I am in a problem and that clearly suggest that I have proper interpersonal skills to make myself popular as well as loved among all.
While discussing and evaluating the aspect which is unknown to me as well as unknown to others is bodily kinaesthetic. The Eagle needs to be here about experience in sports as well as awareness in sports is not quite known to everybody however I wish to know them properly by property valuation through Johari window.
When going to myself as a student in Howard Gardner’s physic multiple intelligence tests I saw that I need to improve my quality in musical aspect as well as an interpersonal prospect. In order to ensure myself in a better intelligent rating I must evaluate understand and proper aspects before understanding the way to mitigate those dual in mitigating those issues
Part 2: Evaluation of Skills in Multiple Intelligences Test
While evaluating simple multiple intelligence model I found that my interpersonal skills, as well as my language grip, are defining strength. With considerate development opportunities and greet over language I have maintained a possible scenario of support and development. With the utilisation of the interpersonal skills, I have managed to understand the different objectives of the organisational workers and maintained my level of diplomacy to support each and everyone whenever in need. The linguistic have supported me in expressing my views and ideas to my fellow colleagues and other members in the organisation. This skill of language has allowed me also to understand how people think and how I need to react with proper choice awards.
I am not so strong in the concept of intrapersonal objectivity and musical concern. I must consider the development of my self-awareness to the level of Self-actualization by Abraham Maslow pyramid. To consider my awareness and appreciation to sound and recognition of tonal and rhythmic voice must be evaluated and developed more essentially to have an all-around aesthetic development of self.
The prospect of logical-mathematical concept and special visual have the opportunity to be more developed as I have a pictorial imagination and I understand the meaning of images easily than just describing in words. When asked about the logical and mathematical thinking my colleague reported towards an effective understanding of tangible outcome. The result has a position of development that needs to be properly cultivated to have a better self-awareness through logical understanding.
There is always an opportunity to develop more and always chance to ensure that my previous benchmark is actually surpassed. A possible outcome of an organisational employee is understood by the way he or she evaluates about their own competencies (Mayer, Caruso and Salovey, 2016). In order to gather knowledge one must undertake basic multiple intelligence test as well as Daniel Goleman EQ instrument tests. This kind of test enables oneself to understand the strength or weakness and opportunities that they have to evaluate their present skill more prosperous one. While evaluating my own skill I got to know that I need to work more on intrapersonal skill. Working hard on search would help me understand the level of self Awareness to be required in order to comply with general changes in the organisation. It will help me increase my power of adaptability to clarify a set of information towards near possible development opportunity.
Is working in an organisation with a diversified workforce I need to ensure that my multiple intelligence tests support my interpersonal skill. The evolution of interpersonal skills, as well as logical-mathematical concern, has brought forward numerous changes that must be understood before going in-depth analysis of organisational development. To cope with challenges that make come in upcoming future while working in a diversified organisation I must enable myself to a far more developed linguistic expert. My logical way of thinking alternative ways will be essential while dealing with challenges in a diversified work environment. This will certainly ask me to positively develop bodily-kinesthetic that could be essential in understanding the required body language as well as performing in organisational events (Ang and Van Dyne, 2015). The viability of iunderstanding the skills is well lineared with the calculation of the Daniel Goleman’s EQ Instrument and Gardner’s Basic Multiple Intelligences Test. The very objective of the skills identified by collegeaes have well supported in the understanding of the strength I need to ensure proper acknowledged global citizenship.
Conclusion
The above reflection have well acknowledged the recent changes that has occurred from my colleague perspective on me and the things I needed to consider in order to become a global citizen the above work have taken evidential results from the calculation of the emotional intelligence by Howard Gardner’s Basic Multiple Intelligences Test and Daniel Goleman’s EQ Instrument.
