Demonstration of Strengths · While working as a manager I took an aggressive decision of changing the supplier for generating needed savings. Problem regarding Pain Control Management
I am suffering from potential pain for which I had been taking pills for a long time. I have become addicted to Codeine. Sometimes can’t go to classes or work without taking Codeine. Along with pain I suffered from needed anxiety regarding controlling and reducing it. It affected my study leading to failure. Of late I have reduced the number of pills and have passed the level.
Strategy
I need to join yoga and meditation classes which would help in reducing the pain and also reduce the level of anxiety. It would help in increasing productivity and performance.
