Discuss about the Social Media In The Workplace To the Communicate.
The expansion of the organization is equipped with the major challenge of exploring communication between internal and external employees who are geographically apart for the effective functionality and operation of the enterprise (Smith, 2017). In this paper, we are looking forward to focus on proposing the use of social media for accelerating the communication mechanism in the working participating units.
The sustainability of the enterprise depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of the communication management plan deployed by the organization for smooth functionality of the enterprise. The happy and satisfied employees provide better and quality result in their work (Herlle, and Caneda, 2015). The analysis of the proposal should be done for measuring the impact of social media on the employees at work place.

The Enterprise Social Network should be implemented by the firm for coordinating the connection between internal and external participating units who are geographically apart. The effective relationship can be developed between the employees who promote sharing of resources and information according to the requirement (Appignani, Jones, Watson, and Welch, 2015). It can serve as a common platform for sharing of new ideas, opinion, thoughts, creative thinking, and views for generating alternating solution to the complex problem.

The resolution to their problem helps in increasing the productive work of the labour which in turn results in long term sustainability of the organization. The disclosure of confidential information of the business organization can take place through communication between the employees (Munro, 2014). The new schemes developed by the enterprise can be hacked by the hackers before its transmission if the discussion had been placed on the social media by the employees.

The training and awareness program should be arranged in the enterprise for guiding the employees about ethical code of conduct which they should follow for managing communication through social media platform.
