CARE international is a global confederation of 16 members, 4 candidates as well as affiliate company that works together for ending poverty (Lainez et al., 2018). The report will critically analyse the strategic environment of CARE International UK along with critically evaluating the effect of one of the emerging technologies in the operations of the business.
CARE has established a set of new vision for the upcoming 10 years. The vision of the organisation includes the main ambition for the effect they would like to see, the identity of the organisation that is needed to be embraced along with the resource considerations which is needed for the accomplishment of the vision. CARE international at present is establishing their strategy for the year (Kumar and Almoula 2020). In order to maximise the opportunity, the company needs to utilise the VR technology effectively. In other words, there are various aspects that can be implemented by the company in order to use the VR technology effectively. For example, the company can use the VR technology to provide the investors with an immersive experience about the work that is being conducted by the company which is going to be very much efficient in terms of improving the brand image of the company and generating more revue from the investors of the company. The company can also save the travel costs and ensure the fact that the money that is saved from the travel costs can be used in the development of the people suffering from poverty (Tsekleves et al. 2020). With the help of this process the company will be capable of improving the brand image of the company and increase the overall profitability in the business. Creating a proper content regarding the process by the help of which the company is going to help the people suffering from poverty in one country and then presenting the VR video to the existing investors and new investors can be used by the company in terms of generating more revenue in the future.
