Like every organization Macville concentrates on the vision and the mission. It planned to bring a strategic change in the vision and the mission goals of the organization. The change is intended to develop the values of the organization. The major change that was intended to bring was to turn the Macville into a national brand. The company intended to make itself accepted in the hospitality industry. The company plans to provide espresso coffee machines that would meet the efficiency, reliability and sustainability of the customers. The major aim of this action is to have gain success in the establishment of both large scale as well as small scale hospitality industry. The values of Macville have remained the same from the same throughout the years. It remained the same from the day it started. The values are good but it can be rectified and they can be improved. The values of the company are related to external committed towards the environmental practices and offering a meaning value to the customers. It can be internally regulated as well. From these activities it can clearly be mentioned that these practices are in favor of supporting the mission objectives of the organization and they point to the attainment of achieving new potential objectives. The examples for these are the improvement in the quality of service and development of strategies to develop the brand image of the organization in order to attract more customers. However most of the strategies of attaining the goals of the organization is innovative and effective in the efforts (Kourdi 2015).
