- Enterprise relationship management (ERP): Southwest Airlines has an integrated ERP system to coordinate amongst it various processes and deliveries. To allow for timely deliveries and low costs, the Company manages it’s bookings dynamically. Prices of seats are low costs by reflecting on various factors as seat reservations, early bookings and so on.
