The timing should be shorter between the giving order & delivery. There are so many restaurant in the same locality, so why they will come to Kababistan , the only thing is that when they will enhance their food quality, when the categories of will more & more, than Kababistan will be able to increase their customer base & net profits.
The main problem is that there decreasing number of customer in restaurant. So they have to go for more & more planning & plotting. They have to for more research. They have to work with the food quality, employee behaviour, and timing. They have to work on the planning portion; it’s true, but if they will not be able to implement it, then there will not such value of planning. Basically, they have to work more & more on the food quality. Because food is the main purpose of a restaurant so, if it will be fine; then the other issues will not so much reflect, So they have to go with the theory of increasing the quality of food.

The main concern of this research project is to increase the customer base of Kababistan & if the customer base will increase then the whole process goes smooth & the company will also be able to earn high revenue. That’s why they organized a research process; through which they will take the view of customer, that where is the problem, why they are not to for more profit. This research will give a details view on this matter & they will come to know, how they will get rid out of this situation. So it is very important for them for the future sustainability. So, this research will help Kababistan a lot, because through this they will get a view for coming out of this situation.
