Stakeholder Map
System analysis is a process that is used to determine the requirements of a proposed system development. Moreover, system analysis can also be used to determine the type of technology needed for a project, stakeholder requirements, project aims and goals and others (Cristofori et al., 2017). Recently, the healthcare industry is utilizing advanced technology to provide services to the patients more efficiently. However, due to the extensive advanced technology, a suitable management system is required that can be determined using system analysis techniques (Nguyen, Bellucci & Nguyen, 2014). The application integration mentioned in the case study is to be done using system analysis techniques. The main objective of the project is to create a database from where all the clinical information can be stored, managed and accessed.
In this assignment, the stakeholder roles have been analyzed for this project and presented in the form of use case diagrams and stakeholder map.

Stakeholder Identification for Questionnaire Management
The following stakeholders will be responsible for using the questionnaire to generate public views about the healthcare service for data analysis.

Purpose of the Questionnaire
The main purpose of the questionnaire is to conduct a survey that will help to understand the general public views about the healthcare service provided in the hospital. Moreover, from the public feedback, it can be known whether some changes are needed in the existing healthcare system or not in order to aid the medication processes of the patients.

Brief Use Case Description
The use cases used in the diagram are the roles of patients, doctors, information system manager and the central service provider in the new online database system proposed for the healthcare service. According to the activities and relationships provided in the use case diagram, it is known that there will be a portal for each of the patients that can be accessed by the particular patient and his doctor. In this portal, the doctor will upload medical reports and medication instructions in form of online documents. The patient will be able to download these documents once he logs in to his portal. There will be password protection in the portal in order to prevent unauthorized access. If the patient is unable to go to the hospital for appointment, he can upload his medication needs in the portal from where the doctor can view his requirements. The information system expert will ensure the online database is running correctly without any issues or risks. The service provider will provide the network server for the online operations of the database.
Use Case Diagram
One of the key use cases in this particular case is the online interaction between the patient and the doctor through the proposed online database. The main objective of the project is to create a database from where all the clinical information can be stored, managed and accessed. Moreover, through the online database, the patients will be able to interact with the doctors for healthcare purposes. However, in order to maintain security of the patient data, there will be portal system. Each patient will have one portal that can only be accessed by him and his doctor. Once the patient or doctor enters the portal password, he will be directed to the portal dashboard where there will be two options for patient feedback and doctor feedback. In the doctor feedback section, the doctor will be able to upload the diagnosis results, medicine prescriptions and other related documents that the patient will be able to view. In the patient feedback section, the patient will be able to upload his problems or post-medication effects in form of online documents that can be seen and reviewed by the doctor for further medication. This key use case is described in the fully developed use case table as follows.
