Aims of the Project
This project is elaborating about the tendering process required for developing any construction project with respect to the development of tender before starting the project development. This assignment has construction industry for analyzing the requirement for tendering process and involvement of Australia code AS 4120-1994 applicable in making tenders for any concerned project development. Therefore, various impactful areas of tender development and preparation are being elaborated within this report.
The project is aiming at management of the skills and efficiency of contractors that are involved within any tender development process for a construction project.
Scope
The main scope of this project is that every construction project needs to develop one tender before they are going to start the project development. Therefore, the development of skills and knowledge about contractors and their roles and responsibility are very important to be discussed with respect to different requirement analysis for tender development.
The concerned outcome of this project will be that effective tender will be helpful in making the project manager understand about the consequences and of development one construction project or building.
Construction projects are large enough to be developed with respect various important consequences involved within the project development context. Tender is one of the important stages involved within the development of one construction project. Preparation of tenders the preparation for official contract for building the construction project with respect to different clauses involved within the Australian Code AS 4120-1994. The finalization of budgeting elements, finalization of required resources, project planning and other important aspects are required for managing the scheduled completion of projects. The main objectives behind developing a project are to complete the project within scheduled time. In accordance with these facts, the safety measures are also elaborated within this project. The project manager should be aware of the safety measures required for the labors involved within this project and the concerned project development safety measures are elaborated as follows. These elaborations are considered based on code of conduct and tendering process with respect to different consequences involved within the process justifying the project development phases.
The standards for AS 4210- 1994 are helpful in determining the tendering requirements and functional aspects involved within the project development phases. Therefore, this code plays vital role in finalizing the requirement for preparing a tender for any construction project. There are various kinds of tendering process that can be used for solving issues of contraction projects. There are various tendering processes such as conforming tender, alternative tender etc. Among all of these tendering processes, the cost of tender is required to be studied in order to maintain systematic development of tenders and projects. Therefore, these aspects can be managed with respect to different functional aspects involved within the project development phases. Considering the project development and implementation process, tenders are evaluated with respect to Clause 6.1.1, Clause 6.1.2, Clause 6.1.3, Clause 6.2.1, Clause 6.2.2, Clause 6.5 and Clause 8. These clauses are involved within new code of conduct for Australian codes for tendering process.
Scope of the Project and Expected Outcomes from Project
The development of tendering of project the project manager is responsible for maintaining the selection of appropriate contents required for preparing of tenders. The project manager should maintain pricing of tenders according to the selection of tenders for developing the construction projects. According to Clause 6.2.1, this particular aspect requires the contents and functional aspects involved within the project specific and schedule wise structured for managing improved advantages over the projects. This project is designed in such as way that the sellers can earn money in hour basis and they will get various advantages for this business. The project manager is responsible in selecting contract and this is done through selecting the appropriate resources and time span for developing the project. In accordance with the development of this project, this is identified that the project manger is using Time and Material contract process for this project development.
According to Clause 6.1.1 the financial representation is done for this project development context. This section of the project tender is encompassing about various financial aspects such as labour cost, non- labour cost etc. The locations are dependent aspects involved within this project development aspect that manages the functionalities of project development aspects.

According to Clause 6.1.2, Project is its initial phase when it prepares project tenders. The project initiatives are undertaken by the project managers for considering the resources and raw materials for projects. Additionally, the project schedules and stakeholder involvements are managed with respect to significant development of concepts.
Team members are also one responsible heads involved within the project development aspect. The construction project includes effective participation of team members that are managed with respect to different significant and important aspects of construction project management.
There are various required processes for constructing a building or any other construction projects. Therefore, following are the required processes for this tendering process:
- Project planning:
- Extraction of data
- Processing of data
- Analysis and Mining of data
- Evaluation
- Maintenance
The process of examining the soil is required for developing the construction project with respect to different goals and objectives involved within the project. The initial phase of the project encompasses the functional specifications of building one construction projects. Therefore, for developing such plan efficient project plan is required for developing the construction project effectively with respect to different conditional aspects. According to Clause 6.1.3, project labour is considered for managing the project time span and investigation for developing the construction projects. The construction projects are based on the architectural designing, selection of required resources and other possible solution development for managing the project progress.
Project Definition in Context with Mining, plant and large assets
This is found that project managers are not capable of processing adaptive changes within the construction projects that leads to the introduction of risks within the project. Therefore, some change management aspects are required to be implemented within the project development phases. Therefore, these required changes are elaborated as follows:
- Changes in contractors and sub contractors
- Changes involved within technical equipments
- Changes involved within labour
- Changes in raw resources
The financial budgeting of these construction project management concepts requires a information system implementation within the system-architecture of construction projects for managing the updating and recording facilities of the inputted information. Therefore, the project manager should be capable of understanding the need for information system. This application will be helpful in managing, recording and governing the project management functionalities.
Arbitration, disputes and mediation is required for managing significant development of functional aspects involved within the project plans. There are various issues and functional aspects involved within the construction project that needs to be managed with respect to different disputes and functional aspects; therefore the project manager should be responsible for managing these aspects with respect to different functional aspects involved within the project development phases. The project manger is responsible for managing different advisory settings that are managed with respect to different required aspect involved within the project development.
There are various requirements for safety measures within a construction project. The construction project requires the following security or safety measures for managing the project development aspect. These are given as follows:
- Management of safety procedures for construction projects
- Site marks for managing security awareness programs among users
- Building of awareness among employees as well as consumers
- Training of employees for developmental concerns among construction project heads
- Analysis of risks within construction sites and projects
- Elimination of bad results from testing processes.
