Teamwork bonding is another responsibility that leaders have to maintain as they are the only person who can control the whole team and organizes and motivates them for the ultimate goal or objective of the company. The management will become stronger if a quality team will form and excellence work is provided by them (Frich et al. 2015). Trust and relationship will grow by that process and that will engage the bonding with the team leader as well. Talent management is another aspect that a leader has to acquire. Team building and picking up the talent is the primary objective of the leader thus he has to be so efficient to identify those people.

The Importance of Honesty, Integrity and Flexibility in Leadership
The application of leadership development programs and their implementation in the organization is drawn from the executive leadership program and for that reason; personal and professional growth in the leadership structure has changed. For the future development of leadership that motivation factor and training program must be implemented so that a good amount of leadership potential has come up for development of the organization (Cangemi, Burch & Miller, 2015). There are some future goals that must be implemented for the betterment of the organization, these are:
- A proper vision of commitment inspires the participation methods in an organization and evaluates the goal and objective of the organization. If the vision is stated in a proper way and then it might be easy to set their goal and work over that.
- Building up the teamwork and maintain a good team building is the future engagement that team leaders want to maintain their team and for that reason, better outcome and evaluation position is placed in the organization.
- Forward thinking and evaluation of future trends in the organization is the key determination that organization has followed for the better positioning of them. In the collective measure of the organization this innovative thinking is important for bringing certain new ideas for the development of organization (Getha-Taylor & Morse, 2013).
- The leader has the potential to solve problems in a quick time and for that reason, the focused objectives are the only thing that leaders are indulged in and make their best efforts to fulfilling those requirements.
- Learning and training procedure in the organization also motivate leaders to do better work in the organization and also understand the positioning of the organization and possible changes that need to implement for the better outcome of the company (Watkins et al. 2015). In this procedure the employees also find new techniques and processes to do the work in an effective way.
Development opportunity depends on the learning procedure of the leaders. As the learning infrastructure and facility provided by the organization is the best way to make efficient their employees. Most of the employees are doing their work in a normal pattern but they also know that for the further enhancement of their degree and position they need to change themselves as well as they need to evaluate their standard from the organization perspective (Wang, Waldman & Zhang, 2014).
This professional growth is sustained by that process of learning and those learning outcomes are implemented over the situation where the leaders are setting examples and employees have to follow that for the sustainable condition of the organization. Most of the cases are found where the organization has set some strategic policies and they have not implemented that strategy due to the lack of knowledge about the impact of the policy over employees but if training is already given to the employees then there is no such problem for the organization (Getha-Taylor & Morse, 2013).
Conclusion
Therefore, it can be concluded from the above findings that most of the leaders have the potential quality to justify their position. The leader has to be effective enough to do their best and share their work with the team by monitoring and maintaining good work rate that also encourages the organization theory and strategy. The team dynamics and elaborative manner of team bonding can be justified by the communication and innovative nature of implementing training procedure introduced by the organization. Employees’ opportunity and potential up building nature analyses of organizational strategy that clarifies leaders’ opportunity as well as mature the work understanding of leaders. Most of the cases the learning programs are implemented for the leaders as they have evaluated themselves and evolved their level of the better promotion and placement.

Benefits of Executive Leadership Programs
I have learned quite a few things from this assignment and I have explored different things from this assignment. There are some workplace frustration and poor communication issue that I have overcome due to that course and that help me up to develop the team balance and optimism. I have learned about own development plan and that provides me to grow as a professional man. I have the opportunity to experience such situation where proper training has evolved my personality and advance my career to a positive approach. I have gained knowledge of executive leadership and leadership style. I have learned to state my clear vision about team performance and professional achievement.
The communicative mission has improved and advanced performance from my side will develop a new team and maintain that team in an effective way. Coaching system is the process that develops my nature of the business study and develops my vision for the broader aspect of self-evaluation. I can build my performance level and adopts those good qualities that are needed by a good leader. Improve performance and well-maintained mission and value statement about the executive leadership has grown within me and that evaluates my learning outcome and mentally build my nature as a leader. There are different strategies that have come to my mind and I make my mind to implement those and maintain the value and ethics of the company. Teamwork and employees empowerment and managing them in the workplace has grown in my nature and I studied a lot over it to make my evaluation standard in a high quality where I can predict my conviction and fulfilling my goal for the better organizational development.
