Naturally Occurring Data
Naturally occurring factual data is a vital technique for evaluating feasible tool by evaluating the performance of the firm. I was part of Coca-Cola hence; I was accountable for getting all information in the context financial performance of the firm. This report represents many characteristics of executives that enhance organization performance. In addition, it is also examined that management strategies could be practiced by company to make a reliable relationship with their specified shareholders (Malhotra & Peterson, 2014). In last, it suggests many approaches to improve the shareholder personality.
Naturally occurring data is accumulated from the available sources to reach at the valid conclusion (Järvinen & Taiminen, 2016). This data could be crucial for the achievement of the target of the company (Kerr & Kelly, 2017). Like a Coca Cola’s part, I observed that accurate data could be collected by three types of naturally occurring data named emails, corporate are facts, and conversations. I would be able to directly converse with their executives and attain a reliable outcome by using conversation method.
Informal communication is also an effective method to conduct communication on any specific concern. This conversation method supports me to talk about my views and beliefs towards any specified concern to others. Two types of conversation could be used among individuals named; direct or indirect communication. Under this, messages are exchanged between senders and receivers and it aids to reach a valid conclusion. In addition, it is also assessed that informal conversation facilitates both receivers and senders to offer similar importance to each other for accumulating the appropriate data with respect to current matter (Kowalkowski, Gebauer, & Oliva, 2017). In the context of this, it is also examined that a single person would be able to develop the financial performance of the organization within the allocated time and money. Beside this, email method is also helpful that I used to directly converse with the particular individual of the Company and gain understanding about existing concern. This method could be crucial in declining the available problems by making an appropriate key (Murray, Papa, Cuozzo, & Russo, 2016). It could also be essential for saving cost and money of the organization. Coca-Cola has also the powerful strength to develop their current condition of the Company.
Carl Jung has founded the Myers-Brigs type indicator (MBTI) technique. There are certain components involved in this strategy such as thought, feelings, intuition and sensation (Philip, 2017). This technique permits the individual to build an opinion towards other and carry out the behavior on the basis of their views and opinion (Burns, Bush, & Sinha, 2014).

On the basis of the above table, I realized that I have essential skills that could guide me to provide all my efforts to the Company in the achievement of the company’s targeted goal. These certain skills are effective leadership style, the capability of leading and guiding the team members and influencing behavior, collaborative process, skills of manufacturing, a high level of social competence, prompt decision making and manage a large number of people in minimum time (Villeneuve & Pasquier, 2017). I used an effective leadership style to impact the other’s behavior and attain the targeted goal of the organization.
Assessment of Personal Strengths and Weaknesses
As per the above assessment, I also analyzed that I have a certain weak point that is lack of interpersonal skills, lack of impressive communication skill, lack of knowledge about people’s perception and lack of investment skill. I realized that conflicts could arise during a conversation due to the lack of knowledge about people’s perception. Lack of communication skills could destroy my good image among workers of the organizations. I could terminate from the organization because of other weak points that I have mentioned above.
With respect to the above table, it is observed that I am capable to make a quick and relevant decision as this skill directs me to accomplish my task at working place in minimum cost and time. In addition, my friends and colleagues share their feedback to me that I have production skills which assist me to improve the productivity of Coca-Cola. Along with this, they share their feedback about my influencing behavior that I have the ability to motivate employees and could lead them in an appropriate manner.
Beside this, my friends gave their feedback about my weakness of communication skills that this weak point of mine could be a major problem for me as it could affect the growth of business negatively. My colleagues which are the part of this Company, they provide me with their feedbacks that I could not deal in the contest because the compensation issue could arise there. This weak point of mine could demoralize the workforce with respect to their achievement of the targeted goal. Moreover, my colleagues and friends analyzed that I have the capability to build a trustworthy connection with employees as it supports me to develop the performance of the company.
Several motivational techniques are used by executives of the organization to motivate their workforce and retain them in the Company for a longer duration (Baker & Saren, 2016). Hierarchy of needs theory should be implemented by the managers as this theory assist the managers to recognize the realistic needs of the workforce and build policy and strategy to persuade the employee’s needs. Therefore, Coca-Cola is proficient to boost their growth and productivity of the organization without consuming more time and money. Higher social competencies skill of executives could assist them to build a stronger bond with employees. Managers could achieve a valid and consistent outcome by using this skill and it also aids to build a good image of the brand in the market. On the basis of required condition, a decision maker should be recruited by the manager as it could prominent for the completion of the Company’s goal (Hutchinson, Donnell, Gilmore, & Reid, 2015).
This strategy is imperative as it enables the managers to retain a workforce of the organization for a longer duration. Beside this, it is also examined that the manager should consider several factors to build a reliable relationship with employees and obtain a valid outcome. These factors could be interpersonal skills, relationship making skills and communication skills. It is also a vital element for improving the financial performance of the organization.
Critical Assessment of Placement within the Organization
Diversity is an imperative component that could positively influence the growth of the business and manages the business processing in a relevant way. Further, it is also analyzed that diversity is a major issue that creates in a different culture of employees at the workplace. There are various approaches that could use by Coca-Cola to enhance the benefits of the organization (Nordhielm, Dapena-Barón, Elliott, Rundle-Thiele, Waller, & Cherian, 2014). These approaches are an assessment of shareholders, improve communication and transparency. Managers should always be an active listener for an effective conversation with different cultured stakeholders. Moreover, managers of the Coca-Cola should avoid conflicts for avoiding the barriers of communication in a different culture. It could be declined by building relationship and face to face conversation with the stakeholders of a different culture.
Communication barriers from various cultural stakeholders could also be declined by another strategy that is respectful of different culture. Under this strategy, executives of Coca-Cola should give the instructions towards the different culture of people to retain them for the long term. Further, managers should guide their employees for giving value to different cultures as it could minimize the turnover of employees and it also supports to make a friendly environment at the working place. Consequently, it would be advantageous to enhance the revenue of the organization and also helps to eliminate the communication barriers in diverse cultural backgrounds. Open mind strategy should also be used by the managers because it will eliminate the issue of communication differences from the workplace. This strategy would also be helpful for making a reliable relationship with stakeholders of a different culture in the organization. Executives of Coca-Cola should gain knowledge related to the cultural background of stakeholders because it would guide for an effective conversation with them. In order to work together with stakeholders, managers of Coca-Cola should also sustain a personal touch with them. It could also assist to remove the issues regarding diverse cultural from the organization (Nordhielm, Dapena-Barón, Elliott, Rundle-Thiele, Waller, & Cherian, 2014).
