There are a variety of tools that may be utilised to increase traffic, understand about SEO, and boost it. Search engine optimization is the process of increasing your blog’s visibility on popular search engines Such as Google. This credential plan will offer everything that you need to learn about SEO, including blog management, keyword research, and search engine optimisation, among other topics (Jill, 2020).
I employed a variety of traffic-building tools and tactics to increase traffic to my blog. When it comes to getting organic traffic, keywords are vital. They are the statements, questions, or sentences that people type into search engines, and this is often how people reach my blog. Identifying the most appropriate keywords for my blog and then developing content that targets these keywords is a vital component of gaining blog traffic for my post.
There are various techniques which are helping me in gaining more readers. My blog entries’ titles are almost as crucial as the material itself. This is because titles assist potential readers in deciding whether or not to click and read more. I try to give catchy titles to attract my viewers. I always put social sharing buttons for Twitter, LinkedIn, and the other major social networks at the top and bottom of my blog postings. It Allow my readers to easily reach more people. One of the multiple reasons that recordings attract more attention to my blog is because Google controls YouTube. Adding short instructive and amusing films to my blog’s written material helps me get more traffic.
The massive list of keywords can sometimes bombard newbies to the point where they quit (Wild, 2010). To ensure that this does not happen to me, I begin putting together an editorial calendar. A successful blog takes time and consistent effort to build. Creating an editorial calendar will assist me in developing and sticking to a strategy. To create an editorial calendar, I use variety of tools. These tools provide a robust set of capabilities that will assist me in staying on top of my game. The goal is to get organised, get a bird’s eye view of my strategy, and increase my productivity.
Social Media Content Schedule
I used Keyword search tool for my blog posts to attract viewers and the result contains Beach Greek holidays, Crete Greek holidays, Aegean islands, etc.
I used Google analytics tool to gather data related with my blogs and posts. I want to know about all information and people reading my blog posts.
I did analysis based on language. According to the analysis 34.69% users prefer ro-ro language. 32.65% prefer en-us language. We also found that nearly 85% readers return to check more blog post and new readers are only 14%. There are total 61 sessions. Bounce rate is 59.02%.
My analysis shows that my blog posts are gender neutral. The people to like reading travelling blogs can be either men or women who want to gather knowledge regarding places to travel.
Next, we analysed the users based on seeing posts on mobile phone or desktop. Results shows that 91.7% people uses mobile to check my blog posts on the other hand only 8.33% people see my posts on desktop. We all know accessing mobile phone is very easy as compared to a desktop.
Next, I did analysis based on country to see which county’s citizen loves travelling and see my blog posts related with travelling. Results shows that people from Romania see my posts more than any other county with 66%. After Romania, United Kingdom gets second position with 22%. Other countries are very far behind.
At last, we did analysis based on 1 day active users. It helps us in finding how many users see my blog post in 1 day. According to the data, out of 48 users in total 4 users daily see my posts.
There are many hurdles and challenges writing and maintaining a successful blog. A blog can be started by anybody. Running a successful blog with a loyal following, on the other hand, is a different thing altogether. It will take a lot of effort and perseverance to build a site with a good amount of traffic, constant readers, and the possibility for profitability (Jason, 2016).
It might be challenging to come up with new, creative, relevant, and appealing ideas on a daily basis. It is often referred to as “writer’s block” (Mesure, 2014). Blogging isn’t difficult. It’s a collection of various obstacles and issues that bloggers confront at various periods. Most bloggers fail because they do not handle these basic blogging issues. The road is certainly entertaining, rewarding, and exciting, but it is never simple. I wish to maintain my outspokenness. That is why I decided to start a blog. I want to be able to express myself. I want my voice to be heard. The question is, why would anybody want to read me? I’m not sure whether I should write what they want to see or what I want to convey. This is my biggest challenge while doing blogging.
I applied various activities to promote my blogs as well as removing hurdles in writing my blogs. Blogging appears to be primarily about writing and publishing on the surface. However, promoting ones blog post is just as important as if not more so than creating and posting content (Hines, 2020). I can’t just create beneficial, high-quality content for my blog and expect readers to find their way to it. I need to market my content using blog promotion so that I can increase traffic from fresh readers, reactivate existing audiences, obtain connections for my website, activate social media sharing and drive to newsletter sign-ups and opt-ins.
Search is one of the most common ways for readers to find my content. They find relevant content by searching for a theme or writing a question into a search form. Optimize my content to appeal these audiences in order to attract readers. I conducted keyword research to determine the most popular search terms and created content to target those terms. Social media, in addition to search, is a popular way for people to find content online. Users of social media utilise hashtags and their social media feeds to find blog entries that attract them. I make many social media posts for each blog post, using a number of sites. By prominently displaying share buttons, click-to-tweet buttons, and call-to-actions to share on my pages, I encourage people to share my posts on social media. For each post, I created custom social media visuals that matched the image standards of each social media site.
