The automation in the organization business processes can be effectively managed by the ERP solution for bringing efficiency and accuracy in the working of different department of the organization such as marketing, sales, accounts, HR, and others. It helps in aligning the business solution with the mission and goal of the enterprise. The companies having problems in managing operation and paperwork of different departments such as accounts, HR, purchasing, sale, inventory, and others can resolved by transforming their working environment with the digital forum. The development of the e-commerce website helps in managing strong bonding with the customers by providing quality products to their door steps. The happy customers results into increasing sale of the organization product. The marketing campaign can easily circulated globally among the customers within a fraction of second through the social media platform. The sustainability of the organization can be gained effective deployment of the business solution in the current working of the enterprise. The changing organization culture can increases the concern of the employees with respect to their work, performance, and expertise. The competitive advantage can be gained by increasing the capabilities of the working employees by arranging a training and development program for the employees to sharpen their skills in producing quality product. The traditional working environment of the organization fulfil the requirement of only limited customers but with the transformation into digital world the company have to develop product according to the requirement of the global customers. The collaboration with the digital world changes the visualization and perception of company and the customers, sharing of customer personal experience with the global customers, analysis of the customer behaviour, change in the business value, and management of the big data (Meronen, 2017).
The requirement of being digital arises for achieving long tern sustainability for the enterprise. The deployment of the automatic business operation helps in managing the organization goal according to the changing requirement of the customers which helps in satisfying the customers need with the final product positively. The positive impact on the customers increases the positive response on the feedback section which helps in developing positive and the good reputation of the company in the global market. It helps in achieving the objective of the enterprise to achieve sustainability with the increasing profit of the enterprise (Accenture, 2017). The priority of the business process can be systematically arranged of the business processes for achieving the product with perfection. The big data generated by the development of the digital solution of an enterprise can be effectively managed on the Hadoop file system for the organization. It provides the facility of retrieving information instantaneously which was a troublesome job with the paper documentation of the enterprise.
The internal and external business operation can be effectively managed by the organization with the digital forum because it provides communication platform which provides a bridge of social network for exchanging information. The working efficiency of the employees can be enhanced by getting right information to the right people at right time with required resources and authorization for completing the given task. The digital framework of the enterprise helps in managing innovative technology for the effective utilization of the business components.
