Analysis
Discuss about the Understanding Behavorial Psychology.
The identification of the different behavior based sentiments helps in maintaining the different levels of changes in the systems and the performance of the children in their academic carrier building. The identification of the behaviorism will be helping to enhance the situation that is faced by Jay and Kate, as per the case study. The identification of the different changes in the systems and the formulation of the definite strategies will be helping Eastfield Secondary School. The strategies will be helping the organization to bring in changes in the systems of identifying the issues that are faced by the children and to facilitate them with a positive learning environment. On the other hand, the understanding of the psychological contexts of the students will be helping the Primary school to take steps to identify the issues and thereby bring in reforms in the manner they deal with the issues to mitigate the same.
The purpose of the discussion is to identify the issues that are faced by the children and thereby implement relevant theories to manage the systems of the learning. On the other hand, the identification of the issues and the manner in which they can be mitigated has helped in the maintaining the different levels of change in the systems of the school. The strategies that might be undertaken by the school will be helping the children to derive knowledge by out- casting the issues in their learning attributers. The analysis of the issues is dependent on the relevant study of psychology and thereby helps in maintaining the different levels of change in the systems of the academics.
The given case study suggests that the children pursuing their education in the concerned school have been facing certain issues that pertain to the management of their anger in conditions that relate to the bullying of the concerned students in any form. The concerned educational institute in discussion, the Eastfield Secondary School is known to have been serving the concerned community that is majorly populated by the people who have recently relocated to the area after fleeing the areas of conflict in the Eastern Europe. The school population includes a number of the children who have been seeking asylum care and the ratio of the children needing care has been higher than the average number of people who had been attending the school. The school has to take expulsion measures in order to deal with the high number of issues that have been reported within the concerned teachers and the classmates of the concerned students. The head teacher of the school was observed to face a change with a higher frequency and even being responsible for the high levels of expulsion within the concerned school.
Discussion
The concerned case study throws light on two specific students who have been facing the problems of adjustment within the environment that they have been facing within the school. The case study suggests that the concerned student in discussion, Jay, has been facing a huge lot of issues due to the lack of the fluency in the concerned language that is being used by the majority of the population of the school. The concerned child is observed to have been involved in a poor condition within his family due to his mother’s illness that has been affecting his psyche as well. The concerned child is known to have been facing certain issues in the matters that pertain to the cognitive qualities that should have been present in theconcerned child (Arnett 2014). The cognitive issues that are faced by Jay refer to the issues that the child has been facing due to the lack of the fluency in the language that needs to be used by the students who have been studying in the concerned school. The psyche of the concerned child is also being affected due to the fact that the mother of the concerned child has been seriously ill and has to be hospitalised in order to recuperate from the illness. This might affect the psyche of the child since he has to be under the care of his uncle while his mother is still receiving treatment at the hospital (Riding 2013). This might affect the overall psychology of the child thereby affecting his behaviour at the school and within the peer-group. This might stem from the fact that the child has been facing a vacancy in the matters that pertain to the presence of the primary caregiver in the life of the concerned adolescent.
On the other hand, Kate is observed to be an introvert as portrayed in the given case study. The girl is observed to have been facing behavioural issues within the school but had not been taking up the matter with the teachers. The girl is observed to have a huge knack for the various matters pertaining to the creativity. This might be portrayed by the flair that she reveals in the matters that pertain to the various types of art that is practised within the concerned school. The girl had been facing major issues due to bullying that was directed to her by the various peers who had been attending the school alongside her. The mother of the concernedchild had been involved in taking up the matter with the authorities of the school in order to help the concerned child to get accustomed to the school environment. The introvert is observed to have been greatly influenced by the bullying that was meted out to her which had thus affected the attendance of the concerned adolescent at the school (McInerney 2013). The concerned student might be observed to have been facing behavioural issues due to the lack of the proper atmosphere at the school and the lack of the encouragement and support on the part of the concerned educators and the administrators of the concerned school (Beckers, van der Voordt and Dewulf 2015). The concerned adolescent had thus faced a loss in the attendance at school due to the fact that the concerned student had not been feeling a lack of the involvement in the school environment and the hostility that was being meted out to her.
I have gone through the case and thereby concluded that the school authorities must take ste4psd to identify the issues that are faced by the students, specifically Jay and Kate as per the case, to bring in changes in the learning activities. The school must amend to bring in changes in the systems through an evaluation of the issues and the psychologies that are involved in the same. The identification of the psychological tracts of the students will be helping the school to bring in change in the systems of the learning that is induced to the students. The identification of the issues that are faced by the students will be helping the school to come up with ideas that will facilitate the learning.
I believe that the school must undertake steps to include the theory of Behaviorism to understand the issues faced by the children while undertaking the study. The theory will be helping the school authorities and the teachers to observe the behavior of the children more closely. It will also help them to conclude from the theory to bring in changes in the systems to facilitate the needs of the children (Arnett 2014). It is a scientific approach of observation where the school can ensure that the proper identification of the psychological needs of the children will be helping the school authorities to bring in changes in the systems of the learning. Kate, as per the case, is facing issues relating to the different obstinate behaviors that she receives from her classmates. It affected her psychology greatly and thereby resulted to her frequent absenteeism. However, the issues that is faced by the girl at school would not be understood by the authorities unless they utilize the theory of behaviorism as it will be helping the teachers to identify the issues that she is facing and thereby undertake steps to mitigate the issues faced by the child. On the other hand, the identification of the psychological condition that is faced by Kate, relating to her solitude, will be helping the authorities to formulate strategies to involve her in the different functions. I believe that the teachers must take steps to involve Kate through encouraging her to draw groups in order to make her aware that she is not alone and to bring her out of the closet. Involvement of Kate in the different activities as per the curriculum will be helping the authorities to resolve the issues that are faced by her while attending school. The authorities must also take steps to make the learning environment interesting for her, which will help her to emerge from her boredom and reluctance to attend classes. It will be helping the authorities to enhance the efficiency of the functions that are undertaken by the school authorities. The school authorities and the teachers must take steps to undertake a session with Kate to identify the issues that are faced by the child and thereby help her to overcome the obstacles through counseling sessions (Martin and Loomis 2013). The strategies that will be devised by the school will be helping the student to maintain a healthy learning option and thereby bring in changes in the systems of the academics. The implementation of the counseling session will be helping the student to bring in changes in the psychology and perception. The bullies that her classmate afflicts on her would not bother Kate after the session, as she will be aware of her goal of going to the school to acquire knowledge. It will thereby help in enhancing the schooling experience for Kate and make learning more efficient for her.
On the other hand, I believe that the school must also make use of the theory of Constructivism to identify the issue that is faced by Jay relating to the fluency in English. The identification of the issue relating to the learning attributes will be helping the school to take steps to bring in improvements in the pedagogic curriculum (Foote, Battaglia and Vermette 2014). The design of the curriculum is dependent on the capabilities and the psychological backdrop of the students. Therefore, I believe that the identification of the psychological needs of the students will be helping the organization to bring in improvements in the systems of the education that is planned by the institution for the children. The constructivism theory will be helping the institute to introduce the “Learning by Doing” which will be helping the organization to undertake steps to facilitate and encourage the involvement of Jay in the learning processes that are planned by the institute (Fosnot 2013). The identification of the pedagogic needs of the student will be facilitated through the identification of psychological traits that affects the learning of the student as per the purpose of the school to bring in reforms in the educational setting (Riding 2013). On the other hand, the identification of the issues that are faced by Jay and many other students will be helping the institutes to bring in changes in the teaching patterns of the teachers and the authorities. The identification of the cognitive disabilities of Jay will also be helping the institute to devise new ways of adhering to the change in the systems of learning. I believe that the involvement of jay in the processes will be facilitated through the identification of the needs of the school authorities to bring in reforms in the systems of education rendering to suit the psychological needs of the students.
On the other hand, Jay also faces an issue relating to the ill health of his mother, which affected his psyche greatly. Therefore, the school must take steps to apply the theory of Behaviorism to identify the psychological issues that are faced by Jay, which has made him an argumentative person (McInerney 2013). The adolescent stage to which Jay belongs brings in different fluctuations that affect the functioning of the student and their psychologies largely. The identification of the psychological shifts and the incongruity of the adolescent age affect the proper functioning of the students as per the curriculum. The identification of the issues that are faced by Jay will be enhanced through the identification of the issues that are faced by Jay. The identification of the issues will be helping the institution to bring in changes in the systems of the curriculum. On the other hand, the identification of the issues that are faced by Jay will be helping the institute to take steps to mitigate the same through counseling sessions and discussions. It will be helping the institute to make jay adaptable to the frequent changes that are faced by him in the adolescent age. The school authorities must take steps to involve Jay while undertaking the different functions and thereby bring in changes in the functioning of the school authorities through the identification of the issues faced by Jay (Beckers, van der Voordt and Dewulf 2015). Involvement in the different processes and the frequent counseling sessions will be helping the institute to bring in changes in the perceptions of Jay and thereby help him to find interest in the activities. The identification of the needs of the students will be helping the institute to bring in changes in the systems of the learning attributes.
I believe that the proper functioning of the teachers and the application of the psychological theories will be helping the instructor to bring in changes in the systems of the learning that is induced by the institution. The identification of the needs of the students will be helping the instructors to bring in changes in the systems that are implemented by the institute. The change in the systems of education helps in maintaining the different levels of involvement in the educational processes that are undertaken by6 the instructors. On the other hand, the delineation of the theories of learning and their proper exposition will be helping the institute to bring in changes in the systems of education as per the different psychological needs of the students. The significance of the change in the systems of the education is met through the identification of the different psychological structures of the students. On the other hand, the necessary steps that are undertaken by the institute will be judged based on the identification of the needs of the students and the varied environments that affects their educational streams.
Conclusion
Therefore, from the above analysis it can be stated that the identification of the needs of the students, more specifically Jay and Kate, will be helping the institute to bring in positive changes in the education systems that prevailed in the academy. The delineation of the constructivism, behaviorism and cognitive psychotherapy helps the instructors to identify the different issues that are faced by the students and thereby bring in changes in the curriculum design. The theories have helped in the identification of the different principle changes that are undertaken by the institute to adhere to the change in the psychological needs through evaluation of the behaviors of the students. The institute must take steps to involve the children in the educational systems and thereby facilitate the functioning of the institutes, which is driven by the interests of the children. The school must take steps to bring in involvement of the children through the identification of the issues that are faced by the same due to the adolescent period. It will be helping the institute to understand the needs of the children and amend the changes so as to suit the proper learning needs of the kids.
