Theory of consistency defines the balance that is significant in the lives of individuals (Owens, Motl and Krieshok 2016). Consistency does not include selfishness and individualism. Staying disciplined and focused on the job that the individual is doing will serve in achieving the career aspirations. The factor of self-confidence is also essential as it boosts up the moral of the individuals. Applying strategic theme and planning will be more beneficial in obtaining the career aspirations. Discussing with other individuals and expressing about what one feels and wants is one of the strengths of Gallup theories. Communication can be both verbal and non-verbal. Communication between individual takes place by talking or writing. Information are usually conveyed between individuals by the process of communication. This process of communication draws an individual towards powerful and dramatic combination of words. However, when communication is treated as strength, the critical phase of it occurs when there is chance of miscommunication (Graham 2015). When miscommunication occurs, it misleads the meaning of one’s opinion and statement. Miscommunication is treated as weakness since it creates an issue of understanding. It gets difficult to communicate. This is the flaw in the theory of communication. The second theory is positivity as positive vibes can help individuals to achieve the desired goal. Positive feeling or vibes boosts up the morale of a person. If people around have a positive nature, then they can easily obtain what they want. However, negative vibes in the environment can influence the positive vibes (Griffin 2016). Both positive and negative energy exists in the environment. Therefore, positivity can get ruined if it gets influenced by negativity in the work. Positive atmosphere or environment will always remain present in helping an individual in the work.

Inputting the effort will be beneficial in future as the hard work will payoff. Leading a disciplined life of learning will also help in developing the future career as wished. Maintaining consistency and harmony will be beneficial as it will keep the balance during the process of aiming and achieving the desired goals. Another element of this theory that can be applied in the future career development is self-assurance. Without self-confidence one will fail to achieve what he wants or desires (Owens, Motl and Krieshok 2016). Strategic planning is also essential in developing the career in future. Strategic planning or thinking involves a special and distinct way of thinking on the world at large. Keeping a strategic theme is important in the future planning process of career development.
