The concept of early childhood studies abbreviated by the term (ECS) is the foremost emerging academic area. Obesity and its Impact on Children’s Health
The mode of face to face communication should be increased. The victims of former issues should be dealt with the high amount of empathy and sensitiveness. To overcome the abuse in every dimension, children should be provided with improved knowledge about rights of protection, limitations within, security and information (NSPCC, 2018). They should be guided about to parties to whom they can approach in times of need.
It is the kind of immunity granted to the body so that it can act against the harmful effects of bacteria or viruses. Moreover, it also restricts the blowout of disease in the community and people around. The cancer patients and individuals with problems in the immune system are not authorized to take the vaccine. Still, children need to be protected from the dangerous effects of flu, as a result, time vaccination is a must. The muffled spray guides the protection to fight back the harmful effects of flu as an outstanding safety measure and record. However, the consumption this vaccine is very easy and painless for the newborn. The impact of flu can be serious to the extent that it can cause worst medical conditions such as the problem of diabetes and heart disease. The body is not able to cope up with flu unless it has the content of vaccine to act responsively. Much protection is needed on the side of parents in order to save the child from dangerous diseases. There is the development of proper immune system after the intake of the vaccine in the body.
Furthermore, vaccinations are generally safe instead one in a million arises which results in sudden and adverse allergic reaction. In contrast, there might be the occurrence of redness or swelling signs on and around the site of injection. Also, it can be irritable or give rise to a slight temperature in the body. Families should inculcate the habit of consuming a proper proportion of nutritious vegetables and fruits every single day. The content of fat should be minimized. Special attention is required to monitor the intake of salt and sugar swaps (Bleich, et al. 2013). Everyday activity should be well versed with at least 60 minutes of walking, running around, playing games in addition to being active. The children should follow the guideline as per the school programme.
Healthy Eating Habits
In order to protect children against the destructive effects of abuse and related dilemmas, certain steps need to be enforced. The teachers in the school are suggested to outlook the signs of abuse at a preliminary stage, however, in contrast, it is also possible that teacher is not able to recognize the signs. The child should be open up to their parents so that they can share any issue arisen. There shall be more channels such as childcare protection lines which support and protect the interest of children (NSPCC, 2018).
The vaccination programme is compulsory for the child health and wellbeing. It needs to be practiced right within the 6 months after the birth (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2013). Parents need to be highly concerned regarding the immunization of their children as “prevention is always better than cure”.
