Literature Review: Role of Social Media in Business Performance
This reflective journal supports to examine the role of social media in promoting the business is a systematic way. This reflective report enables the researcher to gain their understanding of the concept of social media in the context of marketing. It also supports to increase the understanding with respect to the role of word of mouth communication on the brand preference. It has also scope to understand certain research methodology tools and techniques of research methods that could be imperative in conducting the research and obtain a reliable result.
The literature review section supports to gain my awareness of the Internet or technology advances in contemporary times has emerged as an important tool in the business world. In the current era, most of the multination organization uses many digital tools and techniques for communicating with their specified stakeholder and shareholder to promote their business and obtain the reliable result (Agnihotri, et al., 2016). Through this method, it is examined that the organization will be capable to obtain higher competitive benefits. This learning process will be practiced by me in the firm with respect to getting higher competitive benefits.
From the assignment 1, I understood that social media basically intended to offer a great opportunity to firm for effectively reach at their specified consumes and develop an interpersonal association with them. In addition, it is also examined that social media could facilities the organization to deal with a huge amount of consumers at the same time and get a reliable result. Moreover, it is also analyzed that social media facilitates the organization to concentrate on increasing the brand awareness of a firm (Clark, et al., 2017).
This course was imperative to comprehend different sources of social media that could be imperative for directly communicating with consumers and lead them accordingly. These sources are Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. It could also lead to get the feasible outcome in the context of the current issue (Dahl, 2018). I will implement a new understanding of concept for effectively using the social media. I gained my understanding of many factors that could affect the growth of the business. In addition, it is also evaluated that sale of any goods and services rely on the promotion. The brand equity could be established by making a reliable relationship with specified consumers (Felix, Rauschnabel, and Hinsch, 2017). It is also analyzed that over past decades it is examined that promotional methods could lead the firm to gain their existing situation in the least time and cost. Moreover, it is examined that this assignment is effective for increasing understanding about ways by which organization could spread of products and services in the marketplace in limited time and cost. Moreover, brand equity model is also imperative for making the association between brand recognition and brand responsiveness. Brand-self concepts could be imperative in getting higher competitive benefits as it would facilitate to determined that brand connection indicators. Moreover, it is also examined that the brand attachments concept could be imperative in attracting a huge amount of consumers in least time and cost (Fuchs, 2017).
Understanding Different Sources of Social Media in Marketing
I practiced many sources to collect the reliable data with respect to the current research matter like articles, academic journal, textbooks, and books to increase the knowledge towards the role of social media in the business performance. In the literature review, I also understood that how social media directly impact on the brand awareness (Guesalaga, 2016). As a result, it would be imperative for improving my professional career. Moreover, I gained my knowledge towards issues faced by the multinational company. Through this way, It is also evaluated that there is a need for the firm to increase their understanding about methods that might be faced by the firm during the team management. Further, it is also examined that there are certain factors that could be imperative for gaining knowledge of international problems (Hsu and Lawrence, 2016).
This business study was imperative for me as it supports to improve research proficiency of the firm. From the assessment 1st as well as 2nd Assignment, I improved my understanding of the certain tools and techniques of research as it would be imperative to conduct research in the future. Moreover, I increased my understanding of research methodology and design (Hudson, et al., 2016). The research methodology supports to comprehend different methods that would be imperative for collecting information about certain methods like research philosophy, research approach, data collection method (Kasemsap, 2016). I also learned that there are two kinds of methods could lead the researcher to collect factual and numerical information about the research issue. It would also be imperative to accomplish the task in the least time. In addition, I also gained my knowledge about qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis process as it would be imperative to accomplish the research task in the least time and cost.
I observed that I used any research acts in the study to meet the aim and objectives of study in the least time. I observed that the mixed research design could be imperative to get an appropriate conclusion. In the research methodology, I also gained my understanding of independent as well as a dependent variable that could lead to getting a reliable result. Consequently, it leads me to deeply analyzing the research concern and reach at the valid conclusion (Schivinski and Dabrowski, 2016). It is examined that the qualitative research methodology is effective for getting non-numerical information in the context of the current research issue. Apart from this, I also observed that quantitative information is gathered by opinion, and perception of the research candidates for the research issue. I also learned that the research mythology could lead to increase the understanding about two kinds of methods that would be imperative to obtain reliable information like primary and secondary data collection tool. In this, I gained my understanding about data analysis tool. In this, I also observed that the primary and secondary data collection techniques are effective for the attainment of research aim and objectives (Alhaddad, 2015). I also observed that the secondary data collection tool could be imperative in obtaining reliable information about the research issue such as academic sources, online and offline sources (company websites, journal, and books. This learning was imperative for me as it aids me to obtain the reliable result in the context of specified research issue. It also assists to imply certain tools and techniques in the business process that could be imperative to oration reliable result. This study also gained my understanding in the context of the research limitation as well as ethical consideration that assist me to conduct suitable behavior with others in the least time and cost. As a result, I would be able to effectively accomplish to attain objectives and aim of study in a reliable way. In addition, it is illustrated that the research scholar may keep candidates privacy during the study. It would be effective in making a reliable relationship with others. I understood that the research limitation could facilitate researcher to consider certain factors like time, cost, and other essential resources for accomplishing their task and appropriate outcome. It was imperative for me to improve my personal as well as professional skills (Barreda, et al., 2015).
Research Methodology and Tools: Building Blocks of Reliable Research
This research study enables to understand the research time frame that could be imperative to estimate a time period for conducting the research. Through this, I also understood that how a timeframe could lead to meet any task in a specified time period. Furthermore, it is also examined that Gantt chart is practiced for graphical representation of research timetable about the study. Consequently, this study could be imperative for the accomplishment of each activity of the research study in a specified time period. This learning was imperative to deeply understand the role of social media in marketing (Alhaddad, 2015).

With respect to the above interpretation, it can be summarized that I developed my understanding of the role of social media in marketing. In addition, I also observed that assignment 2 was imperative for increasing knowledge about components that could lead to systematically conduct the research issue. It could be effective for gaining understanding about factors that may affect the marketing. In addition, it is also examined that assignment 2 was imperative to understand different research tools like qualitative and quantitative research to collect reliable information to accomplish the aim and objectives of research matter. It can also be summarized that I developed my understanding about research approach and interdependent and dependent factors.
