The trainners would be from the local community so the issue related with culture with the trainers would be sustained. Along with this the management has decided to take straict action on the deadline delays within the workplace. If anyone is found of it would be penalised as it affects the revnue of the firm. XYZ Ltd is conducting changes in the training process, will it be helpful? It is observed around 65% of the respondents disagreed to this question. This states that the employees of the firm belives that the management would not change the internal training process which is more questionable over the exisiting trainers. XYZ Ltd are chaging the course of objectives within the company process for a betterment of the employees Around 50% of the employees agreed to it and 35% disagreed to it. This is because the economic condition of the firm is under srcuity. The company has faced 20% loss in revnue in 2020. This would not be a betterment of the employees in general yet they would some more allowance according to their believe. The increase in the enrolment would be profitable for the employees 66% disagreed with the whole mattr as it states that enrolment would help the organisation to grow from their miserable financial position. They think that it is nothing to do with the employees as they will suffer the similar way. The management is adopting with more dynamic culture will this be sustainable? Dynamic culture is rwquired within the firm. As it is observed that abut 70% agreed to this factor. The exisiting working culture is difficult for the employees to sustain. The hirerachy culture is changed with democratic culture in XYZ Ltd, will this be impactful? 70% of the employees agreed to this change and belives it to be rightful. They belive that this would bring harmony within the firm and the employees would attain with contribution in strategy making of th firm in the future. |

As the management has been working on employee enagagement due to the massive complaints, they have just made a bit of change on adding new elements in the student action plan.
