Ideal organization for personal development and teamwork
Describe an ideal organization and occupation where you would you like to work.
An ideal organization is a place where each individual is allowed to exhibit their strengths, which is working together in coordination with the other team member, in such a way that the team work should be given the highest priority (Armson & Whiteley, 2010). Also, the organization should provide its employee, the freedom to express their views and work in a style, which they are comfortable. The organization where I would like to work is the Campbell’s Arnott’s Australia.
Explain why this organization and occupation would be good for you.
Campbell’s Arnott’s Australia is the best organization for building a career, because of the working environment which it provides to its employer. They have a working principle which says “learn, grow and perform” (Billett, 2004). A learning environment is the best working environment, so I feel that Campbell’s Arnott’s Australia is the best organization for the overall development of an employee. The company is a food organization, which produces packed foods like soups, spreads, cakes, biscuits and many other items. I have always wanted to be part of a food organization, so this will be a good organization for me.
Under Australian law, what are the employer’s legal obligations and responsibilities towards you in a workplace?

Your Role
What are your obligations and responsibilities to an employer in a workplace? (Consider moral and legal)
- Moral responsibilities- the employees have responsibilities towards its employer and co-workers. The employees have the responsibility to maintain the trust of all its co-workers and employers. - Cross-cultural Working Environment-
This is the best working environment and have a huge success rate. This type of working environment encourages different working styles, which provides the employees the freedom which help them in delivering better results (Illeris, 2003).
- Always have an Alternative Plan-
It’s important to think of strategies to achieve bigger targets and thus, it is also paramount that there should be alternatives which should be thought of while building strategies which will help in reducing losses if they occur by chance.
- Targets-
They are the most important thing for an organization. The targets should be discussed, as every organization has different setups for them. The targets should be realistic and should be decided, with the employees also given equal priority (Lee & Roth, 2006).
