- The construction of the footpath should be done in such a way that the natural vegetation and the surrounding environment of the park are not damaged.
- For the construction of the footpath fences from 4 areas of park have to be removed. There has been a mention of the areas of the park in which the fences have to be removed in the tender.
- The construction of the footpath has to be done according to the specifications mentioned in the tender that is the width being 2.5m and the thickness being 100 mm respectively.
The following assumptions have to be made regarding the construction of the footpath:
- The Mackay Regional Council and the Department of Transport and Main Roads would be bearing the entire cost of the project.
- The construction of the footpath has to done according to the drawing that is provided in the document of the tender.

In addition to this, they should also make sure that the traffic of the region is not obstructed due to the construction. Also, they have to responsible for controlling the quality of the work, drainage and also have to perform proper noise and dust control activities.
Following are the constrains of the construction project:
- The construction of the footpath should not deviate from the Plan and the drawing that is mentioned in the document of the tender.
- If in any case there are in alterations that have to be made to the planning or the drawing of the project, then confirmations for the modification made should be obtained from the superintendent.
