Answer: There can be times when an organization faces unfortunate situations like any natural calamity, injury to staff or loss of funds. Risk management helps the organization in mitigating these factors or at least reduces them. The benefits for this management are:
- Saves time, income and assets.
- Create safe environment for employees.
- Protection of the environment.
- Protecting people
- Reduces legal liability(Rediff, 2018).

Internal:

External:
- If any threats arise for the organization.

Answer: SAO steps are:
