In order to ensure the positive role model, I will try to accurately plan the different activities in such a manner that this will help me in becoming confident and show respect and concern for the others who are working with me as a team. For instance- Bill Gates is one of the best leaders who communicates properly with the different employees in such a manner that the employees feel motivated and they perform the tasks in an effectual manner.
I will be maintaining work life balance, managing stress and maintain health in a positive manner. I have to be a great leader in the organization and communication is necessary to understand the grievances of the employees and customers. I need to analyse the stress that is affecting the morale of the individuals and solve the different issues appropriately. As a leader, I have to understand the wants of individuals as they are the assets of the company and the requirements of the customers has to be handled in a positive manner. The workplace health and wellbeing of the employees are essential as this will increase the morale of employees and this will increase the productivity of the organization as well.
There are different learning styles that include the following:
Networking is the first learning style as this will help me in maintaining network with different clients as this will help me in growing my business to a large extent (Li 2017)
Secondly, workshops are essential and this is the learning style as the different workshops will help me in gaining knowledge on various other aspects of wedding photography (Behrend 2017)
Lastly, one to one mentoring is the other essential learning style as this will provide the coaching that can help in gaining more knowledge on different practical aspects of wedding photography
There are different working methods that includes planning, procedural, insecurity, problem solving and reactionary work methods. The planning work helps in analysing the effectiveness of the work and solve the issues with proper planning.
Secondly, the procedural method can assist in measuring the steps that are required to be taken while performing the tasks and this will help in completing the tasks appropriately with implementation of different kind of strategies. This will provide rise to the different kind of personal development.
Lastly, the problem-solving work method can assist in personal development by completing the different tasks in an appropriate manner and this will include the measurement techniques in maintaining the personal performance effectively.
