Work entered Analysis acts as the methodology that ensures the evaluation of the terminology that includes the tacking of the business organization development of the Company with respect to the internal changes that the company undergoes. The WCA provides specialized analysis of the business infrastructural changes possessed by the company due to the introduction of the digital disruption. In case of introduction of the digital disruption that is introduced in the infrastructure of the system brings in a lot of changes both before and after the infrastructural changes. The methodology the work centered analysis provides the analysis that helps in facilitating the proceeding or the business performance and provides knowledge regarding the complexities that are present in the interior of the project on which the company is working.

JBS Australia is the largest meat packer company that exports meat from Australia and the marketing of the products that are exported by them is also performed by them. Digital disruption brings in a lot of changes and tries infrastructural configuration of the infrastructure of the company. JBS Australia suffers a lot due to the implementation of the digital disruption in the infrastructure of the business. The digital disruption has brought in a lot of issues that are new for the company to deal with. Despite the problems that the company faces due to the introduction of the digital disruption, the company enjoys many benefits due to the development in the company infrastructure that is brought in by the digital disruption.
The JBS Australia was suffering from huge losses as the digital disruption was not put into use initially. This reduces the loss and increase the turnover of the company to a positive node (Naikar, 2016). The internal customers consists of the clients which are necessary for the processing of the business methodologies of the JBS Australia. Employees, managers, suppliers and other stakeholders present in the serving side of the business is termed as the Internal customers.
- External customers
The external customers consists of the clients that finds their purpose in the burying of the products that the company manufactures in the processing of the business methodologies. The buyers of the product are termed as the external customers of the company. The main deficiency that prevailed in the company was that the external customers were not being able to buy the products from the JBS Australia is the cost incurred is the production methodology was very high before the digital disruption.
The second and the most important element of the WCA framework is the product that is being produced by the JBS Australia. The products of the JBS Australia is made from the raw materials as the products that the organization provides is the by-products of the animals extensively focusing on the meat of the animals and packaging the same for the purpose of export (Miletzki and Broten, 2017). Therefore, from the above discussion it can be concluded that the installation of the digital disruption acts beneficial to the organization in aspect of the managing of the departmental issues but the turnover of the company but the increase in the efficiency in managing the system might act helpful in increasing the turnover of the company in an indirect way. This enables the fact that the digital disruptions are indirectly portioned to the turnover incurred in the processing of the business.
