There are two effective managing people aspects has been chosen for the paper and these are conflict and motivation. Both these aspects have the optimum relevancy in this process as the theories related to the process are effective and have the valuable understanding of the organisation. Conflict situation arises in the company due to the communication gap or misconception of the process that impacted the organisation. Getting organised with the process and make effective changes in the team are the key process of the organisation.

The net income has also got a downfall and the estimated amount is €1.800 billion (Volkswagen.de 2018). The company has technological expertise in recent times and this is the reason the company become one of the biggest innovative organisation in the world.
The conflict situation had come in 2016 in Volkswagen as the shareholders accused that executives are overseeing a shambles and demanded change in the management structure. Their demand in the case is quite relevant as the issue of diesel emission case has become the scandal at that moment. The dramatic overhaul in corporate governance is the key matter in that case and the company gets a huge threat for this. Later, the management accepted their fault and late in September in 2016, software amalgamation with the process and cheat emission test proved (Theguardian.com 2016). The first annual loss in 20 years noticed in that case and annual dealing of €16.3bn faced by the company (Theguardian.com 2016). Still, the effective impact of the scandal is still not cleared but the internal investigation shows the possible cheating manner the effect target market and threatens customer belief. On behalf of entire Volkswagen Group, Matthias Muller apologised to all the shareholders. The case was considered as the shadow of the great company and possible movement with the organisational process, which broke their relationship with customers.
Conflict case
The ethical management rules and regulations are not maintained in that case and this is the concern reason company faced this conflict situation. The criticism came from different sectors and the business establishment had faced some threat. Volkswagen economic change is the key concern in this matter and that contributed hugely in number. The foreign direct investment in the organisation has stopped (Theguardian.com 2016). The managerial direction and representation of reforming the economy in Germany is the key matter that changed the entire scenario of Volkswagen. Muller also added that Volkswagen committed to their stakeholder and especially to their customers. The harmful NOx emission is the crucial reason for which process and that is a setback for the process. The concealed harm from these VW vehicles might associate to all of the UK’s NOx emissions from all power stations, vehicles, manufacturing and cultivation. The equate defeat devices are the concern issue in that case and company has got a threat from this perspective (Theguardian.com 2016). This is the reason most of the cars are not in the condition of the testing situation thus cheating process of allowing the car is being taken. The practice and profiles are important in that case, but the process of exhaust system generation was not working at that time, the company has no choice to detect the problem or surrender (Theguardian.com 2016). The mass media highlighted the news a bit and in 2016, the market approach of the company has got threaten by that process.
The Social Conflict Theory of Karl Marx based on the class, inequality, social structure and contradiction. In that case conflict between society and influence of power, status, privileges, and factors responsible for the political arena are important in that case. The level of interest is important in that case and they have a higher class of contradiction. In that case, companies are trying to gain their market value and earn more revenue to become one of the biggest companies in the world and they also want to be democratic and liberalizing company, which form better value for the future success (Küng-Shankleman 2012). Marx believes that western society develops based on the four prime epochs like Primitive Communism, Ancient Society, Feudal Society, and Capitalist Society. In case of the conflict situation, a major impact persists on the economic condition of the organisation. The virtue of receiving the situation in their own hand and access that situation in the organisation is the key implementation that Volkswagen might introduce at that moment for the better development and class (Kamoche et al. 2015). The arguments are the better processing and class differentiation of the organisation and complete economic gain in the primitive communism in the society is the defined manner of the market economy (Cheese 2016). Struggle over company foundation and making class conflicts are the major change in status for the company that impacted on the complex problem of having difficulties.
Conflict theory of Karl Marx
Employees’ motivation persists in the workplace environment provided by the company. Attractive salary, car schemes and other benefits are provided to employees. This is the reason employees are very much focused on the organisation. The company knows how to retain their employees and that is the reason they introduced some of the finance-related promotions for their employees. Pension, workplace investment scheme is another process that influences employee savings as well. The money-making process and workplace diversity are placed in the situation. This is one of the easiest processes of accumulating money and save extra for their employees. The aspect of life insurance and providing one-off, tax-free lump sum amount increase is the key procedure of that (Kitada and Ölçer 2015). Income protection on employee and increase in layered protection is the key formulation for employees. The company also provide critical illness insurance for their employees. These are the productive insurance of the organisation is quite good in manner and that provide enough motivation to their employees. The motivation analysis and increase in production are simultaneously on the same path. This is the reason employees are goal-oriented and they have a better allocation of priorities and also help in facility management in the organisation (McKinstry and Sheikh 2013).
The process of health protection and logistic divisional support formulated by the company and that provide better engagement with the organisation and increase number of staffing in Volkswagen (Brown 2013). The issue of motivation gained through the process and that somehow helps in the process of making good decisions and formulates employees in an effective manner. The motivational aspect helps in team building and also influences the sectional division that makes effective development changes in the organisation (Valverde, Scullion and Ryan 2013). In case of Volkswagen, management has provided enough opportunity to their employees to stay free in mind and implement innovative thoughts that reframe the structural change in the organisation.
The factor of introduced by Herzberg is one of the trending theory of management, that shows factors of an organisation that liable for the optimum acceleration in the organisation. Employees’ satisfaction and their effectiveness in the organisation depend on the workplace safety and environment. There are two major factors persist in the organisation as per the model of Herzberg. Job satisfaction depends on the hygiene factor and motivation factor and improvement of organisation condition depends on that process (Park and Ryoo 2013). In case of motivation factor achievement, recognition, advancement, promotional all these extrinsic motivational factors are liable for that issue. The process also helps in the personal growth of employee and improves the production as well as taking the responsibility for the sustainable development of the organisation. The work process furnishes itself with the process of maintaining good job role in that process. Another factor is hygiene factor and the factor has surfaced on the intrinsic motivation of employees (Park and Ryoo 2013). The working conditions in organisation affect the employees. The internal condition is very effective in that case and employees are very much concern with the process. The major policies and rules in the organisation are also important and that is the reason organisation has to take care of policies implemented by the organisation. Co-worker relation and supervisor quality are important in that aspect and that increases the potential outcome of the employee to motivate them in single objectives (Park and Ryoo 2013). The aspect of base salary and wages are also important in that case and that is the reason job satisfaction is provided to employees. The motivator factors are engaging with the hygiene and intimidating process of maintaining the relationship. In case of organisation perspective, this is the crucial aspect of improving the situation by the implementation of this theory (Rees and Porter 2015).
Motivational issue
In case of Volkswagen, the issue related to conflict cases is very significant and the mid- half in 2016 it showed the brutal form of this. The managing situation is entirely dependent on the management, as in which process they handle the situation is the crucial aspect of the business (Kerr and Balakrishnan 2012). The company has the reputation to pursue the organisational approach in that case. They need to think more about that process also and have the faith of mitigating the conflict in an effective way. Leaders’ intervention in that process is effective as the impact of communication in conflict situation sometimes works and by the use of verbal and non-verbal communication and along with the mental stability of judgement is the crucial fact in this process.
Conclusion
Therefore it can be concluded that the problem faced by Volkswagen has faced this issue and this is one of the concern reason for the company. The aspect of stakeholders’ initiation is important as they invested their amount in the company, thus they have full authority to mitigate the problem. The conflict situation is so impactful that stress over the company’s economy and target market customers does not believe the company. The economic problem can be mitigated by the use of leadership intervention and use of theories invented by a different sociologist. The implementation of theoretical approach in the organization is important in that case. The aspect of motivation is also important as that will enhance the mobility in work and influence for the better productivity as well. The introduction of schemes and process that help employees to build their future or their family future in important and that will impress the monetary and administrative structure of the organization. The issue of conflict was very visible and arable displeasure that show not is initiated from Volkswagen point of view but the assumption of processing was there and that creates an impact on stakeholders. Managing them in the proper manner is important in that paper and that explained and illustrated by effectively used of that.
