There are many possible benefits of the application of the project management in manner to accomplish the objectives and goals of the projects. Following are the possible causes those can be helpful in stating the importance of the project management in the delivery of the projects:

It allows the development of the scope for the project that alternatively results in alternative goals of every stakeholder and allowing them to focus on a concentric point.

Scope statement development of the project allows the manager and other stakeholders to be concentrated on the same objective of the project and deliver the activities according to the identified goals and objectives of the project. This will also include the milestones, requirements, exclusions, and limits of the project constraints and deliver the activities based on these identifications.

Stakeholder analysis is another important and beneficial section of the project management that allows the identification and prioritization of the stakeholders involved in the project considering their impact and interest in the project. It also focuses on the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders involved in the project

Project Plan Communication is certain and effective way of communicating the constraints and phases of the project in sequential manner and laying a path on which the stakeholders can walk towards to the success.

Work Breakdown Structure is the one that allows the visual presentation of the activities and sub-activities those are necessary for the successful deployment of the project.

Managing meetings in minutes is another beneficial factor of the application of the project management in the delivery of the project assuring accomplishment of the objectives and goals of the project.

Updating project schedule can be done as per the requirement of the project considering the implementation of the changes that can be helpful in delivering the needed output of the project.

I learn that project management allows the proper and effective communication between the stakeholders allowing the effective and efficient delivery of the project considering the standard and quality of the project. I have seen certain situations in the real life that describes how unplanned tour can result in chaos and dissatisfaction on the final output.

My best experience was when my family and I was going for a summer camp I noticed that we had everything planned on what to do where to go and how much spent within how much time. However, my neighbours had not any planning, they were on the same beach, and they were merely able to enjoy than us.

Technically, the work is the displacement of an object caused by the force and same concept with every project, the project can be described as the work, force is the project management, and distance is the output and satisfaction from the project.

The project needs to be schedule considering every activities those are crucial for the development of the project.

Project milestones are considerable objectives that allows the manager to set a course of action in which the activity must be accomplished in an efficient and effective manner considering the effective roles and responsibilities of the organization.

Resource identification is another crucial activity that emphasizes on the determination of the resources and supplier for meeting the needs and requirements of the project.

WBS is an effective tool that can related the planned activities with the sub-activities and consideration of the activities those are crucial for the next activity.

New estimations can be made through the evaluation of the changes needed to be implemented for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the project

The project planning includes the considering of the activities and their dependencies as a successful project can only be delivered through the sequential flow of the activities. It includes the consideration of the budget and sponsors, which are the considerable objective for the consideration of the financial condition of the project. effective methodology allows the project to deliver the objectives of the project in similar manner.

There are many ways on which the projects can be classified including the complexity, source of capital, project content, stakeholders involved, objective, and educational. The various factors of these projects can be considered while prioritizing and considering the efficiency of the different projects. It allows the managers to quantitatively, analyse the priority of the project through setting certain values.  

I get to know that in daily operational activities even prioritization necessary if a certain activity can be accomplished through different ways. It allows in the consideration of all the beneficial and lagging factors of the project and modify them into numbers.

The project manager is always considered above all the external stakeholders and under the executives and owners of the project as he is responsible for executing all the necessary activities and jobs in planned manner and allowing the project to be accomplished in an efficient and effective manner. He is responsible for assigning the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders involved in the project irrespective of their title and post in the project.

I have seen some same instances at my home where, my mother is the project manager for managing all the activities and our roles in manner to successfully, operate the household activities considering happiness of everyone.

The team leaders of different teams should provide shoulder to the decisions related to the activities of the project in manner to allow better decision-making and accomplishment of the activities within the project.

Project manager will have the bosses same as the number of heads of the organization. Functional team member will have three bosses including, leader manager, and executives. Functional manager will have manager and executives as the bosses.

Description of the scope and value of the project plan is the first step towards developing a successful project plan that informs about the overall concentration and output of the project.

Communication with the different stakeholders involved in the project considering the discussion over the considerable factors those might affect or influence the overall execution of the project and thus, alternatively alters the output of the project.  

Project charter should consist of all the major constraints of the project describing the achievements the manager is about to achieve through the execution of the project. It should be considering all the human resources factors and resources necessary for the execution of the project. It should be describing the essential factors and every aspects of the project that is favourable and feasible for meeting the demands and requirements of the consumers.

Defining roles and responsibilities of every stakeholder involved in the project considering their ability and capability of the individuals on how much effectively and efficiently, they can drive the project constraints during the exon how much effectively and efficiently, they can drive the project constraints during the execution of the project.

A successful kick-off meeting is another considerable factor for the approval and understanding over the constraints of the project. it should be a well and efficient description of the project vision, strategies or business vision, team building, responsibilities and roles of different stakeholders, commitments of the team, rules of the ground, and the sub-groups and groups’ size who will be indulging within the project.

Development of the scope statement for the project emphasizing overall coverage of the output and production of the project being delivered. The statement “for projects that are done for external sources, the project manager is first viewed as starting out with a pot of gold and then as having to manage the project so that sufficient profits will be made for the stockholders.” As it is helpful in allowing the managers to perform the project in much better and efficient manner and deliver the objective of the project successfully. There are several risks those need to be considered while delivering the project however; some of them are not much evident for the consideration and that lead the necessity for the manager to be connected with the project and deliver the project in an effective and efficient manner. This could even take sixty weeks away from the home for the project manager. Age in the same field is always the considerable factor for the engagement with the project management with owning better and effective experience that can be helpful in considering the every sector of the project. This can be time taking process however, efficiency could be considered at high level.

The project management turned into over management when the priority of the project becomes much important than achieving the goals and objectives of the project. The whole focus turned to be moving towards the management and the overall project lacks in the output and productivity of the organization.

Linear responsibility charts should be constructed including the priorities of the activities and associated factors in the network diagram. Thereafter, the scheduling should be initiated considering the objectives understanding, organizational structure suitable for the project and related to the successful delivery of the project. Work plans and schedule should be presented and confirmed in manner to maximize the allocations and utilization of the resources necessary for the development and execution of the project; thereafter, the essential factors for the planning phase include the development of the accounting systems and resource costing in manner to analyse and estimate the best budget of the project.

Final activity before the deployment of the planning phase includes the establishment of the reporting and management system that will be helpful in monitoring the overall activities and objectives of the project.

I have planned for completing all the weekly lectures and understanding the project management and related aspects of the project management for the accomplishment of a successful life. This is my initiation phase for the planning on how, I will be indulging in the commercial activities considering the overall functioning and reporting of the essential factors for the successful delivery of the planning phase. Thereafter, I will be initiating the planning on how I will be connected with the organizations for gaining experience in the real life.

WBS can be prepared in a manner that the resource allocation can be made easier considering the activities and their detailed information. Establishing the resources besides every activity including the responsible stakeholders. The functional manager always tries to put the major, crucial, and bigger activities in the first three levels for assuring that the activity can be divided in further parts or divisions and managing them in an efficient and effective manner.

I have an experience when I was working with my friend in a team project for the school and one of the friend was assigned for monitoring and auditing our progress and execution. He was chosen as the functional manager because of his seniority.

During the planning cycle, the managers might conflict at the decisions on approval regarding the deliveries of the project constraints at the specified time or budget of the project can be an issue for the sponsors, executives and other stakeholders. Roles and responsibilities is also a point of debate where certain experienced play might not be happy with the position or responsibilities being assigned to them.

The presentation of the deliverables of the project planning should be of high demonstrations regarding the every activity and responding materials and resources needed for the accomplishment of the objectives and goals of the project. The program plan should be in easy English language describing every factors in well demonstrated manner for the time and the budget.

In my project, I will assure that regular meetings will be driven in every week for the determination and explanation of the on-going activities of the project and what are the preceding activities those will be delivered for the execution of the project. It is necessary to talk about the activities and actions within the project and determining the various aspects for the same course of action and hence, it will be helpful in assuring the proposition of the innovative ideas and approaches those can contribute in the enhancement of the production of the organization.

I will be utilizing the social media platform for interacting with the stakeholders in addition to the above regular meetings. The social media interaction approach will be delivered considering the privacy of the individual if he or she not able to clarify the problems and issues in public.

I will be preparing the WBS considering the five phases of the project execution including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, and the activities will be mentioned in all these five phases of the project.
