There are many possible benefits of the application of the project management in manner to accomplish the objectives and goals of the projects. Following are the possible causes those can be helpful in stating the importance of the project management in the delivery of the projects: It allows the development of the scope for the project that alternatively results in alternative goals of every stakeholder and allowing them to focus on a concentric point. Scope statement development of the project allows the manager and other stakeholders to be concentrated on the same objective of the project and deliver the activities according to the identified goals and objectives of the project. This will also include the milestones, requirements, exclusions, and limits of the project constraints and deliver the activities based on these identifications. Stakeholder analysis is another important and beneficial section of the project management that allows the identification and prioritization of the stakeholders involved in the project considering their impact and interest in the project. It also focuses on the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders involved in the project Project Plan Communication is certain and effective way of communicating the constraints and phases of the project in sequential manner and laying a path on which the stakeholders can walk towards to the success. Work Breakdown Structure is the one that allows the visual presentation of the activities and sub-activities those are necessary for the successful deployment of the project. Managing meetings in minutes is another beneficial factor of the application of the project management in the delivery of the project assuring accomplishment of the objectives and goals of the project. Updating project schedule can be done as per the requirement of the project considering the implementation of the changes that can be helpful in delivering the needed output of the project. |
I learn that project management allows the proper and effective communication between the stakeholders allowing the effective and efficient delivery of the project considering the standard and quality of the project. The various factors of these projects can be considered while prioritizing and considering the efficiency of the different projects. It allows the managers to quantitatively, analyse the priority of the project through setting certain values. |

Project charter should consist of all the major constraints of the project describing the achievements the manager is about to achieve through the execution of the project. It should be considering all the human resources factors and resources necessary for the execution of the project. It should be describing the essential factors and every aspects of the project that is favourable and feasible for meeting the demands and requirements of the consumers. Linear responsibility charts should be constructed including the priorities of the activities and associated factors in the network diagram. Thereafter, the scheduling should be initiated considering the objectives understanding, organizational structure suitable for the project and related to the successful delivery of the project. Work plans and schedule should be presented and confirmed in manner to maximize the allocations and utilization of the resources necessary for the development and execution of the project; thereafter, the essential factors for the planning phase include the development of the accounting systems and resource costing in manner to analyse and estimate the best budget of the project. In my project, I will assure that regular meetings will be driven in every week for the determination and explanation of the on-going activities of the project and what are the preceding activities those will be delivered for the execution of the project. It is necessary to talk about the activities and actions within the project and determining the various aspects for the same course of action and hence, it will be helpful in assuring the proposition of the innovative ideas and approaches those can contribute in the enhancement of the production of the organization. I will be utilizing the social media platform for interacting with the stakeholders in addition to the above regular meetings. The social media interaction approach will be delivered considering the privacy of the individual if he or she not able to clarify the problems and issues in public. I will be preparing the WBS considering the five phases of the project execution including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, and the activities will be mentioned in all these five phases of the project. |
