The tern interpersonal communication indicates the process that helps the people to exchange the feelings, information and meaning through the non-verbal and verbal messages (Trevarthen, 2017). In the case of primary data collection survey and interview methods are being applied. On the other hand, in the case of secondary data analysis method, the information are being collected from the authentic sources (Esquivel et al. 2017). In this study, primary data collection method has been applied. I have decided to use primary data collection method in my research. As my research has highlighted the interpersonal communication issues, therefore, I have decided to conduct the interview with managing body of the company. I have got the appointment from the assistant of David Thomas, who is board of director of the company. I have taken the permission for recoding the interview. As my project is based on the Interview with the board of director of the selected organization has been arranged. During the interview session, the voice of the employee of the organization has been recorded. In order to conduct the research the descriptive method has been followed. Through the face to face interview session of near about 13 minutes, the interviewee has provided the full details about the organization and its operations. By maintaining the ethical consideration, the name of the employee and the name of the organization has not been used. The interviewee has not been forced to participate in the interview process. In order to conduct the research various limitations have been faced by me. As the interview session is being developed depending on the particular person, therefore I have faced difficulties for getting the appointment of the board of director of the company. It was a lengthy process and has delayed my project. If the research had taken less time, other the interview with the other important chairpersons of the company could have been done. The information, which I have got would have been more authentic. On the other hand, before starting the interview, I had to sign in different legal papers of the company, so that the copyright issues will not occur.

After analysing the study, it has been analysed that the company Power Education follows the organized structure in the workplace, which is very effective in the case of dealing with the internal organizational issue. This can be said that through the presentation the company will get the chance to develop the communicational skill of the employees. The marketing strategy of the company has been analysed by me. The company only focus on online marketing strategy. In the current scenario, marketing through the social media considered as the effects in the case of increasing the popularity in the market I believe, with the online marketing, the company can focus on direct marketing practices. As per my knowledge, if the organization will adopt the social exchange theory, this will be beneficial for the organization (Hall and Davis 2017).
During the interview, the interviewee has discussed various activities in the organization. However, any kind of competitive advantages related information has not been provided by the interviewee. During the interview session, I have analysed that David Thomas has not mentioned about and reward or recognition offers in the company. I believe this is very important in the case of engaging a large number of employees in the organization. I have also analysed that the meeting is being conducted with the employees who are not sufficient for analysing the point of view of the employees about the organization. This is very clear that the employees will not discuss anything wrong about the organization when the lecturers and students will be present at the meeting. Therefore, for developing a strong relationship, the company needs to focus on arranging special meetings for analysing the needs and demands of the employees. I believe, this process will be beneficial for developing the interpersonal relationship, this is very important. I have also analysed that the cultural diversification in the organization. During the interview, I have noticed that the interviewee is from Bangladesh not from Australia. Therefore this can be said that the cultural gap in the organization can influence the communication gap.

In this situation, the proper relationship is needed to be the focus among the employees for bringing the interpersonal communication development. Therefore, this can be said that the company needs to focus on increasing the involvement of the students in order to maintain its popularity in the market. As the company provides services to the students from foreign countries, therefore there are many students who are not being able to communicate properly due to their physical disabilities. In this situation, the Symbolic interaction theory can be used by the organization for providing better service to all kind of deserved students.
