Agile Principles and HR Systems
Agile methodologies need to be adopted by every organization to make the people in the organization work in a flexible environment. This is because; changes are needed in every business process in any random manner, and to adapt efficiently to these changes, it is necessary that the business process involves smaller teams. Therefore, nowadays, every business organization implements agile methodologies in the business process, however, it needs to be justified that whether implementing agile methodologies for HR and financial systems are appropriate in any business process (Worley & Pillans, 2019). This would be further described in this report in light of the organization of Latureae Company and the HR and financial systems that is in process within the organization. The report would begin with the systems and definition of Agile Principles followed by the types of HR systems that fall under the agile methodologies. Further, the report would compare and find out the best HR system under agile principles suitable for the organization. The report would then find out the requirements needed for the implantation of the agile HR system according to the requirements of the organization. Then the report would identify the financial systems under agile methodology and provide recommendations for the implementation of the same in the organization.
The HR Systems can be defined as a software program that integrates the human resource functions, administration of payroll systems, the procedures of training and recruiting and even the benefits administration and the entire prospects of human resource management system (Lopez-Cabrales, Bornay-Barrachina & Diaz-Fernandez, 2017).
Financial systems can be defined as the software system that can be supported to convey the exchange of information and state all the relationships between the financial people within the organization and all the lenders, investors, and borrowers.
Two of the systems of agile principles that would be defined out of the 12 core principles of agile manifesto are as described as below:
Satisfaction of a customer with the help of continuous delivery of useful software earlier than prescribed time:It is a very logical factor that early delivery of products should satisfy a customer much more than usual (Jha et al., 2017). This should also be done to obtain feedback from a customer for further testing, with the help of continuous delivery to make the customer know about the progress and through delivery of values to let the customers know that their priority is primary for fulfilling the requirements.

Welcoming the changing requirements even if they are late within development:The tight alignment of approved plants are shifted and changed for emphasis and responsiveness in this method. The control of change process needs to be simplified and there should be no formal documentation or approval required for further changes in the project (Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017). they should work for a customer’s competitive advantage since it would allow a faster response of them in implementing the latest changes for the external environment that would help in enhancing the competitive advantage for the opportunities that would be emerging for their within the project.

Then the report identified the best financial systems under agile methodology and provides recommendations for the implementation of the same in the organization. Based on the above analysis, the report has concluded the findings to be suitable as seamless input methodologies for Latureae Company.
