Along with this, it has been noted that bargaining power of the supplier is seemed to be low in such market because restaurant buy organic and unique product from the local suppliers. On the other hand, it is analyzed that there are few restaurant in UAE who provide fresh and healthy food to the people in the market. This can provide benefit to Slices because the suppliers of restaurant are able to know and analyze the needs, preferences and tastes of the consumers (Dobrin and Cioca, 2014).
